This is the funniest, most ignorant bit of tripe I have ever seen online. “lo and behold they used mjolnir torpedos”. well… yeah… normaly in a typhoon you would have mjolnir, they shot nova at the hurricanes, and mjolnir at the caracals…
maybe people wouldn’t know your fleet comp if you weren’t running around in shield ships for 2 hours before the op, and had another fleet of allies camping the gate. You had home field advantage, and numbers. But chose to camp the gate (Because that is all Hell Dawn is good at) against a pirate alliance that isn’t going to show up gating through high sec.
Don’t leave out the part you outnumbered the aggressors 3:1, but helldawn is terribad and your two fleets were so badly coordinated it was pretty easy to pick you guys off one after another…
Don’t blame a badly coordinated op that led to a loss on made up conspiracy theories.
The God of Seyllin is not pleased with these new folk in my realm. I will bring a second great destruction upon this system and pocket. Look no further than Seyllin I to behold the power I bring. Patchwork and any other affiliated groups must pack up and leave before I send the 4 horseman of the Sons of Seyllin. This childish drama must end. The pollution must be vented out of the pocket so that the system may heal itself. You brought this upon yourself Entropy. You treated my realm as a safe haven and claimed it was yours. You are sadly mistaken for it has never belonged to you. Entropy, all you have done was provided a play toy for the true owners. I suggest Patchwork and Hells Dawn leave and take your drama elsewhere.
Well, yea. Of course we did. Last time y’all decided to snipe logi when y’all outnumbered us 2 to 1. This time we brought something y’all couldn’t snipe. We could of easily wiped y’all the first time but we want content so we didn’t bring out the big toys. You don’t think we wouldn’t adapt to how y’all want to play?
It isn’t bragging at all, just explaining what led up to that point. We wanted friendly sparing. When we realized we weren’t going to get that, we up’d the ante.
Honestly I don’t even understand why there is any animosity towards the aggressors, it wasn’t even YOUR station, It was a Hell Dawn station. Is Hell Dawn saying that the fight was unfair? Hell Dawn? The High Sec wardeccers that prey on 5-10 man corps and alliances and camp trade hubs to gank random travellers? The Hell Dawn that once they realized they weren’t going to be able to fight on a gate, let you jump into a bunch of typhoons and bailed? lol…
OR… was it your station, but your group is risk averse and chooses to use loopholes in game mechanics to avoid loss of assets.
To be clear- Aggrobears (the Hell Dawn corp) is not complaining. To be abundantly clear- Aggrobears’ official policies are YOLO! and F#$% zKill. We’re here for a good time.
Literally the whole point of dropping anything in that lowsec pocket is to be content magnets.
Hard to ‘control’ a pocket so shallow, so I anticipated the indy guys would try to mine some of that interesting ore, and it would bring traffic and hunters and we’d have GFs.
Just cuz we were outgunned or lost a fight doesnt mean we havent had fun. We were pleased to meet PLOW on the field, even knowing caps might drop o7
We fought, we learned, and surely we’ll fight again at some point.
It’s all smoke and mirrors about being disruptive. I’m a very reasonable person and every time I was told about that issue I immediately stopped talking and listened. That’s just one of many convenient excuses to deflect the real issue at hand.
“Don’t blame a badly coordinated op that led to a loss on made up conspiracy theories.”
From your perspective it was just trash FC decision making. From my perspective, with a source giving me intel about the bribes and enemy discord lurking, it would appear differently.
I guess content = ISK in this case. Paid the the respective FC’s who chose to bring a trash fleet and play like it’s their first day on an Alpha account.
Anyone who was in the most recently fleet to defend, “The New Place,” Will confirm that I did not speak over you. Not even once, unless you spoke to me first. Which should be an obvious red flag that you’re cooking up excuses and trying to rationalize the situation.
Now, when you come into coms several hours after the fight is over and ask, “Does anyone have any questions?” And I ask you why we chose to mindlessly blast ships on gate when there was a logi to deal with, and you become angry and defensive about it. That says it all. You’re either deeply insecure and unable to handle criticism as an FC, or my source is correct and you were paid to throw the fight.
I feel like people …
… who put too much emphasis on the fact that they’re not complaining …
… have bigger worries than people claiming they’re complaining.
… but whatever keeps this thread alive is good in my books.
