Then log your mains back in all at once when the system came back up because you were prepared for it and kill the other fleet as they trickled in disoriented.

Now its impossible. You have to really commit some alts to a fight. More alts the merrier. Untill you get TiDi, I mean it takes a long time to enjoy all of the slow motion, few thousand players battle. Hehe. You see, thats not what I enjoy the most thoā€¦ I dont know what those people see in it even. Experienced it once and it was awful.

People sometimes want to play in old setting tho.
I dont blame them, I would like to get back in time to 2011.

EVE lottery? I dont know. There is still some thing like BIG lottery, but it changed the rules, its now technically a givaway.

For accuracy:

The ā€œboiling the frog until it diesā€ thing is a myth that didnā€™t hold up against the experiment.
Frogs jump out as soon as the water gets too hot, no matter how slowly itā€™s being heated up.

Baby donā€™t sqrt* me, donā€™t sqrt me no more!

*(say: squirt)

Everyone with Google

Pretty much LOL ā€¦ it was a great game tho, I won quite a few ships!

It was true at least for the Sanctum constellation and if im not mistaking Yulai was the main trede hub back in the day

Aves, correct, Yulai was the big hub like Jita is today. CCP made some changes that discouraged all trade being congregated to just Yulai (donā€™t exactly remember those changes right now). They nerfed a system if I recall correctly hahaha. But eventually the player base just found Jita fit their needs and everything relocated there fairly quickly. CCP realized it wasnā€™t worth fighting so they just upgraded the servers that ran the Jita node hahaha.

Yeah but that was one, single, constellation.

Yeah but this is not the first time you were rude to people because you were ignorant.

Trim the root end of the sprouts by a few mm and remove the top layer of outer leaves.

Say to yourself ā€˜hey, i never noticed that a pod looks like a brussels sproutā€™

Quarter the sprouts along their long axis and put them in a bowl

toss with olive oil and - to taste - salt, pepper, red pepper flakes (i like the korean ones) and a bit of curry powder, just a bit

go back to before the first step and pre-heat the oven to 425F

roast the sprouts until the outer leaves are browning and just starting to crinkle up if you like them more firm, longer if you like them crispier.

try to let them cool off before you eat one

My therapist keeps telling me to stop comparing myself to other peopleā€”that lifeā€™s not a competition.

Which, to be fair, is exactly what Iā€™d say to someone I was trying to beat, too.

What was it like outside? Can you truly bask in the warmth of the sun?

If you like skin cancer, otherwise best to stay indoors and play EVE!

Your therapist should seek another job. (S)He sucks at it.
