Someone brought it up like 2 weeks ago or so and ive been thinking about it a bit more. First reaction was i dont like fatigue but i really dont see a good alternative to it. So i agree with the fatigue. I think a full week of not anchoring a jb might be a bit much and 3 days would be sufficient. Jammer should shut down JBs too yes and if someone is tackled they might be able to jump but i heard someone suggest that everyone should be able to follow through afterwards and i like that idea too. Another issue of the JBs is that the spawn-sphere after jump in is 12km around the structure which ends up putting people way further from the center and therefor out of bubblerange. Making the structure a bit smaller would be nice.
Pando on his most recent podcast (FC Chat) episode had 3 of the top independent CSM candidates and it was some great insight into their platforms and good ol conversation if you’d like to see

Just wanted to say that I enjoyed the Declarations of War podcast you were on. I would recommend it to all!
I understand Brisc’s view, however, I think that he fails to get the smaller groups point of view. Reducing the effectiveness of JB’s might actually encourage people to not always gravitate to a mega blocs.
An alternative idea is to only let your Alliance use the JB. This means your Alliance gets the benefit of your space, but stops the transiting of fleets across multiple regions, just through a standing mechanic. Would have likely stopped the example above.

This honestly is the person we as eve players need on the CSM. Even though he’s in a block his ideals are very much small scale/ independent and most importantly realistic in the shorter time frames. Lets fix the low hanging fruit and then work on bigger improvements. #makeevegreatagain

Pando campaigned himself on my ballot. Especially in this discussion where a regular null-bloc line member gets loud at not one, but three FCs and yells “you are wrong!”
I hope Pando can make it on the CSM, he sees the issues of content that isn’t happening because of null-bloc dominance.

I agree it is one approach that ccp could take that would have an impact.
