how hard is it to comprehend that an attempt to change stale and solved meta in PvP/PvE is a good enough reasoning by itself?
Loki with 720mm was crap and now is even more, and Gnosis now can make 1000dps and have 50.000ehp with blasters, why?

As a first step in this direction, there will be an increase to the damage of all close range Tech II ammo (excluding exotic plasma) by 15%.
It’s pretty hard since I dont know what meta is in this case, and have spent an enormous amount of time getting to where I no longer am.
@Tintallei_Sharan I dont have enough of an understanding of what I read, all I can see is what its done to my ships, forced them back into highsec.
If I dont understand something, asking might be the only way I can get an answer.
I think in fact you just do not understand the meaning of this part of the patch.
Some key words for you:
- BRAWLER’S PARADISE
- short-range ships
- get up close and personal.
They should remove all the rigs on ships when they do things like this.
I have passive fits that don’t work and which now need to be active and to do that I need to change the rigs.
Another change that makes no real sense so I assume it’s to hurt botters but instead of catching and banning them it’s brought in to annoy everyone.
I feel the nerfs that are effecting capitals are about 2X as much as they needed to be. This also seems to effect Armor hulls more then shield when you account for the role of low slots. Having an Avatar/Nyx lose 10M EHP is too much. Making it so supers can really only attack capitals now means most groups will swap to dreadbombs over supers - using supers as only counter droppers.
I understand CCP needs to pull in money, but nerfing ships designed to survive large fights and buffing T2 ammo feels like a cheap shot to generate more plex purchases. Lots of people who have been getting ready to fly Supers/Titans are now pulling out SP and moving to sub-cap options. IMO, you should roll about 1/2 of the resistance nerf back - because you went full sucker punch here. My two cents.
You could be right about that, My ships are made mostly for fighting NPC’s and escaping real people while still being able to function.
I avoid “up close and personal” and dont even know what brawlers paradise means, other than some ships are considered good for front line brawling, whatever that is. My Tristan’s were supposedly good for that and died on contact with just about anything so I switched to other ships.
If someone is at short range Im usually a pod, and shortly after that a frozen corpse.
I still die, but with strong armor and shields it was happening a little less. This is like being set back six months in skill training.
@Utarg_of_Utarg I agree, or at least make it so they’re not destroyed when removing them.

The Jita main station gets more in-construction scaffolding and new indications for the new undock. Hangar interior gets scaffolding.
@CCP_Dopamine Deimos damage from 5 to 7,5% only applies for the HAC skill (at least according to the devblog)
Reactive armor hardener was not changed in this patch. Is it intentional, or was it missed?

if they weren’t buffing all t2 ammo - maybe they shouldn’t have said they were going to.

DST is dead…my impel’s burned 900K EHP went down to 320K EHP , no chance to survive a gang … at least must give more bonus to burning hardeners… otherwise what is the point of DST ? to be a meat to gangs ?
Bro…stop trolling and learn to read…they only said SHORT RANGE TECH 2 AMMO (except exotic) getting buffed …not all T2 ammo
There is only 5 T2 short ranges ammo in the game, and one of them (exotic = trigavalion ammo) not getting buffed. The other 5 T2 ammos are LONG RANGE…
Changes are meh i spose…just need to whack another invul on if i can…My only gripe as other have said is that JF never got a HP buff…you can argue they have better base resistances but meh…still wont do much with the 15% t2 ammo buff
Friends, thank you very much for the new update of the game, it is so pleasing that I don’t even want to open it, since the amount of work on remaking ships + reinstalling implants will take a lot of time and money and as a result you can get the same combat parameters that were previously, the question is why all this It was started if you can just redo and get the same result. Also think about the fact that many people have a YouTube channel, including mine, and what video everyone can post and what to tell about the game, how much you will lose if new players stop coming to the game because they will know that their spent time and effort the system can bring down just at the request of certain developers, think about it. Друзья спасибо большое за новое обновление игры , оно так радует что не хочется ее даже открывать так как объем работы по переделке кораблей + переустановке имплантов займет много времени и средств и как результат можно получить те-же боевые параметры которые были ранее , вопрос зачем все это было затеяно если можно просто переделать и получить тот-же результат. Вы об игроках вообще не думаете?
Еще подумайте о том что у многих есть канал YouTube в том числе и у меня и какое видео каждый может выложить и что рассказать об игре , сколько вы потеряете если в связи с этим в игру перестанут приходить новые игроки так как они будут знать что их потраченное время и усилия система может обрушить просто по желанию неких разработчиков, задумайтесь. Подумайте еще и о том сколько игроков покинет игру в связи с тем что уперлись в тупик и уже достигли всего а переделывать просто лень.
