Photon ui with 32 fps 
With the 3rd best graphics card GeForce RTX 4080 super.
Sorry, my eyes are red and hurt.
Weaking up in the morning i cannot open them because they are glued.

The “third best graphics card” will behave just like the “best graphics card” when not configured properly. Which is what you do.
As you managed to get your quantum computing thread closed before i could point out that in no way have you configured your Nvidia card the correct way to get maximum performance and to disable FPS Throttling when not in focus, i will refer you to this thread so you can work it out yourself:

Ive put this in the patch notes as it changed on the patch, but this is also a valid location, please adjust your Proton UI, it’s not good
The whole Photon UI ist like that…
The new Compare Tool is just not fun.
It egregiously wastes space on the screen at every possible opportunity.
You can’t turn off attributes for anything, which is bizarre to me, because I can not remember when it was last relevant to know the meta level, tech level, mass of ammo? For anything.
The only saving grace of this tool is the search bar feature and that you can switch vertical alignments back to horizontal.
If we were going to stick with this new variant.
Options such as turning off attributes to make a more compact experience should be here as standard.
Also, adding the ability to collapse the search column on the left side would also be great.
The updated Compare tool lacks a horizontal scroll bar in horizontal mode.
and in vertical mode (good luck comparing more than a few items types on a 1080p monitor)
