Ok, guys, arguing with @Salvos_Rhoska about that the glass is half empty or half full can be debatable. Everybody can have his own point of view over different things. Are you participating in some sort of political elections or what? Most of your replies are kind of trolling in this thread. He, similarly to @Rivr_Luzade, @Balos_Tritapo noticed that its a 30 day subscription, a period. Iâll try to explain a difference between period and month subscriptionsâŚ
Subscription is a kind of billing monetization.

Look at your ISP contracts. It must be around $30 - $50 per month for unlimited 100Mb/s, right? You have a monthly billing subscription. It means that in January youâll pay $40 for 31 days usage, in February youâll pay the same $40 for 28 days usage, which in other words, it also means that in January youâll get some bonuses, benefits from your monthly subscription. If youâll sign your monthly ISP contract in January 14, youâll not get a full month subscription until, lets say, February 15 - the billing system will count until January 31. Moreover, how to count a 1 month subscription in January 1:

In your ISP contract should be noticed how theyâll count a 1 month. May it be a 30 days month only, right? So, with these conditions, if youâll pay for 1 month subscription, youâll get 30 days of interned. Therefore, when youâll try to connect to internet in January 31, youâll not be able to do it, because the âvirtualâ month has 30 days only. After youâll pay for a month, youâll not be able to use internet for entire month, which is nonsense, right?
The Omega subscription is a Period basis subscription, which tends to some sort of granular billing model,- 500 PLEX for 30 days. The smallest granule (one day) costs 500/30 = 16.667 PLEX. So, to be more accurate, we can call it not a month subscription, but a daily subscription. A period basis subscription makes easier to perform billing computations in scenarios when customers add game time through âAdd game time optionâ for 6 months, 1 year and âPLEX optionâ for 30 days, 90 days at once. It makes it additive. As I mentioned in a post above, if youâll PLEX your account for 1 year = 12 months = 365 days then youâll get only 30x12 = 360 days from 365 days, which isnât a year but practically it doesnât matter so much.
The Period basis billing (PLEX) is useful and comfortable for âservice providersâ, while the monthly subscription model is useful for their customers, because in this scenario its easier to adapt a long-term plan for them. It sounds differently âI have a 6 months subscriptionâ (Aha, Iâm in until November, ok) and âI have a 180 days subscriptionâ (hmm, wut? when?). The confusion happens when the producerâs period based subscription is presented for customers as a monthly basis subscription. This confusion happens similarly to how the âdiscount from discountâ is presented on âAdd game timeâ page, which is well discussed on this forum.
500 PLEX gets you 30 days.
