I find this whole thread incredibly interesting as a new player. Though I am new to Eve, I have been involved in mmos for the last 20+ years. I was heavily involved in the Club Neverdie project in Entropia Universe, so understanding people’s lives inside a virtual world has always been interesting to me. In many ways, I haven’t lived outside one mmo or another in 20 years. I have met thousands of people through these games.
There are always certain people that stand out on these types of platforms. And they often are the same type of people. They share so many of the same traits. I really don’t play Eve for the ships. I mean, a Loki is cool, I wouldn’t mind a Loki. But the Eve players are so interesting to me. I love watching people and reading chat. Reading local.
Some people carry so much energy inside themselves, they can affect others in these virtual worlds, without being in the same room with them. It is very interesting to watch.
Aiko certainly is a strange and rare butterfly.

As a new player, of all the Eve super villains I think Aiko is my favorite. I read all of the www.james315.space stuff, which is brilliant btw; its completely raw and unapologetic. Its anti-culture, absolutely refreshing and cool content. Again though, I struggle with whether these are actual people or not. All those miners…are those real humans or is that part of the content? Anyways, its pure genius. I really enjoyed it.
I will be honest, I read all the CODE stuff, and I don’t know why, but the damn girl with the black ponytail avatar is creepy as hell…beautiful…but she scares me a little. When I made this toon, I read about the whole mysterious code thing, and the CONCORD sacrifice, so I said; why not do that and send the kill report, together with a creepy love letter to “Aiko Danuja”…I assumed it was a CCP created bot…
its a real person!! So very cool.
Keep doing your thing Aiko. It’d be a boring world without a real princess in it.

If CCP hired me, I’d double their player count by turning EvE Online into a PvP hellscape, and changing the name to Griefers Online: Professional Edition.

We have many great characters in eve and if you stick around here you will meet a few. As for Aiko being a bot it’s a shame she’s not, Eve would benefit from some characters being around 24/7 but one person just can’t do that.
Maybe if a player gets a character to a state of eve fame or notoriety, CCP should award it bot status allowing actors to play that character so all can experience for example Aiko the Pirate Princess.
Of course with the owner in control and writing the script
I thought she was like 5 people or something, sharing the account. I read it here in the forum, so it must be true.

I gave up. I tried to figure out who you people are but there is to many clones and alts.
I am just going to assume there is a real girl with a black ponytail out there that can kill people with her thoughts. Seems dangerous but everyone is okay with it, so I am too.

Sims? Nah, I am being hounded by Safety .net officers to join the ranks of Aiko worshipers. It is an elite group of mercenaries I think. Which sounds really seductive and I will say I considered it for a minute, but then decided it wasn’t for me. Best to not be affiliated with the simps
