There is nothing evil about Aiko. She is the Saviorette of New Eden.
She leads miners away from the soul crushing mind numbing boredom that is mining. An activity that eventually leads them to leaving the game as they realize that the corp ore buyback programs are all scams and they wasted all that time fatting up the wallets of their CEO’s and introduces them to the freedom of other activities that they would otherwise be unaware of.

If they were honest they wouldn’t call it “ore buyback” they world call it “ore services.” And in that case they take a percentage off the top for processing and hauling it to jita for you.
