Quantum cores make stations unaffordable for Joe/anne Sixpack, average EVE player

Not “an” impossible task, rather too many to be able to call EVE a Sandbox.

Can you even name one that you dont want to do?

Just because I use words does not mean I’m a politician. You could also respond with a ‘sorry I missed that nuance, now my previous comment makes no sense’. But instead you ignore your own mistake and try to attack me for ‘using words’ on a forum.

I’m not saying that either and neither am I making a strawman.

It was an example to show that EVE as a game has more than PvP, unlike pure PvP games that cannot be played without opponent.

You’ve lost the argument. You have no valid point.

If that makes you happy, sure.

Not trying to win an argument, I’m just trying to explain something.

No. I want to do many many things but I can’t. That’s why I say EVE isn’t a sandbox.

Im not disputing the application of this term.

Im disputing the value of such a defeatist attitude.

It’s not defeatist. It’s just a fact. I’m playing the game and I like what I’m allowed to do so far. There’s just SO many things I’d like to do that I can’t do.

And I’m trying to explain something to you, which you refuse to acknowledge.

Great… Another post off-topic.

Your post is off-topic, sir.

And you are just trolling people now.

Make you point or just stop.

You’re trolling, sir. Cease and desist.

I made my point: EVE is not a sandbox nor does it have PvE.

And how does that relate to the topic at hand?

It does not. Move along.

You move along, sir. If you’re not going to stay on topic you can leave.
I’m on topic. The topic is Quantum core and how we can’t have stations in space because EVE is not a sandbox.

That’s not quite true. Medium structures were originally cited for small/solo operations.

However, that has clearly changed. CCP don’t want everyone to have structures anymore. They are meant to encourage groups to work together like you say and be a meaningful achievement.

So much this.

Can’t?

More like won’t because PvP

No they haven’t.

I mean, no. You’d have to spend a significant portion of time grinding up the standings or pay a significant amount of ISK for an anchoring serving (not to mentioning trusting the person with your stick).

No, no it really didn’t. Instead of finding a HiSec carebear corp that puts new members on “probation” their first 30 days in corp and then make them wait 6 months before they can get permission to use the labs… I can just go to any public structure in HiSec or even ask some dudes who have LowSec structures for an arrangement.

You must live in an alternate universe because I never said that.

Stop trolling.
