Both? There are ingame player orgs with a special focus on NPSI fleets, such as Spectre Fleet, as well as several resources/websites/discord channels for organizing said fleets.
You can look up Spectre Fleet in game or check out https://npsi.rocks/

Please read your alliance wiki.
If you insist on ignoring the help that is already available to you, then you are just wasting everyoneâs time.
This attitude certainly explains why other groups donât want you.

Then maybe find that one out first. No need to rush âfinding your dream corpâ. EVE is a marathon, not a sprint. Your char is ~30d old and yet you seem to be pretty impatient. Move around and learn new things, make contacts, try out stuff⌠and maybe in a year or so you get to know people that seem to be nice and have interesting stuff running in which you might want to participate. If you havenât been a dick towards them and show them that you are active and actually know a few things, they will probably even let youâŚ
You are just sending a lot of mixed signals. You want a larger group, you want a smaller group. You are quitting, you are not quitting. You sound difficult, and that is probably why your efforts to go elsewhere are being blocked. I wouldnât recruit you based on this thread. Thatâs just honesty you need to hear. You are in the most new player friendly group in the game, clearly ignoring their advice and claiming they arenât friendly enough. In other words, you have a bad attitude.

Iâm not going to waste my time quoting your own posts at you. Everyone here can see that you are contradicting yourself, being unnecessarily vague, and complaining. Nobody is being toxic to you, we are just explaining that nullsec groups generally expect a better attitude than what you are currently capable of offering. I suggest you play in Highsec for awhile until you figure things out. You can also quit the game, Iâm fine with that. Best of luck to you!

If you send me 1 billion isk ingame, I will provide a line-by-line analysis.

Just a heads up that your expectations about âthe communityâ might be outworldly high. EVEs PVP extends somewhat into the forums. Donât take it personally and donât accuse âthe communityâ for the behavior of individuals. Otherwise this generalization reflects back to you.

Aiko is not really trolling you. Everything she is saying is on point, even if you donât like her delivery.

On topic of toxivity: Iâve seen toxic communities in games, but wouldnât say EVE has one.
EVE has a very helpful community, but also a very tribalistic community. EVE has various playstyles and groups, most of them with conflicting interests sonetimes resulting in heated discussions. Or boring ones that are a repeat of hundreds of the same discussions in the past decades.
But none of it seems toxic like Iâve seen players behave to others in chat in the time I played MOBAs.
EVE players will happily shoot your ship anywhere, which some outsiders might wrongly consider âtoxicâ but is merely the usual âgameplayâ to us.
EVE generally is very welcome to new players, I guess as compensation for the game mechanics which arenât always that welcoming. ![]()
Aiko had some good points in between her usual play of âhigh sec miner-killing Princess asking for 1bâ.
If you stick around youâll get to know the regulars here a bit more.
I agree with her first point that what you seek is unclear.
If you could define it for yourself itâs easier to tell it to others and find a group that matches what you seek.
Again blaming âthe communityâ for one or two persons while above you told you know better. Awkward.
If thatâs what you want, I guess that is fine with me.
One thing I will point out, though, is that if you look at recent KB activity for Ivy League, it looks like there is quite a bit of small gang PvP happening among other members of the alliance that you are already in.
Your OP cites barriers to entry in the social aspect of the game, but you are alreadyâŚ.
-in a player orgâŚ
-that is explicitly new player friendlyâŚ
-and is engaging in the type of content you say you are looking for.
From my perspective, it is difficult to see where the issue is coming from, and it gives the thread a certain undertone of, âIâve tried nothing and Iâm all out of ideas,â that is likely to earn a sarcastic response.
You can give everything you have to @Mike_Azariah and he will give it to some more deserving new player. Farewell capsuleer!
I am the last person to tell you to stick with playing a game you donât enjoy. I am here because I enjoy the PvE, mining, and market economics. If you canât find something to do for entertainment, then it is either not your game or you are not looking at the big picture. I for one, did not come here saying, I am going to become the best PvPer in Eve Online. At my age my hands are not as nimble, I enjoy relaxed games, but Eve offers strategic fights. You plan then you attack.
If you or anyone else desire to quit for the long haul, Mike Azariah would be one of my top picks to gift items. I have taken short leaves of absence as everyone should. Eve is not the center of the universe, any game consuming your family and personal time are bad for your mental picture. If I canât go to poker night and not be talking about Eve Online, there is something wrong with me, and it is not the game.
As for interaction with other players, I always view the ones who blow me up in game, as advance NPC.
Be safe out there o7
