To help keep the Citadel from becoming severe cancer I suggest that a radiation zone be left behind where a CItadel was destroyed in High Sec. The radiation cloud would last two weeks and cover an area 2 AU in diameter. Nothing could be anchored in the radiation zone until the radiation dissipated.
That train passed us a LOOOONG time ago.
Besides… all this would do is limit the specific location of a citadel for a short period of time. I don’t really see how this is any kind of inconvenience at all outside of Perimeter where certain service providers wish to ensure they’re extra close to the Jita gate.
We are limiting citadels by killing them
