it actually isnt because thats all it takes to avoid trigs in invaded systems.
Those wrecks are: from people who try to engage trigs and die, then warp in frigate/corvette and die again etc. As i said i took my time to loot them - there were a lot of T2 modules there (and some t2/t3 wrecks). Also many of (seemingly new players’) wrecks were 10-14 km from the gate implying they were using AP - their own fault for disabling the warning that otherwise would have prevented from jumping into the invaded system.
Do you ever read and understand what people type ? One and only question to you? Why should i do pve if i want to look at my bllnky 700plex cheron skin flying around, at that very moment?
Edit. Wrong post read abov3

Most rookies doing career agents have nothing more than corvette with no ISK
-
Even after completing all 5 career agents you end up with something around 5 mil isk, bunch of frigates and no tank modules. Probable way less ISK than you need to buy “proper tank”.
-
To buy that tank you need to travel somewhere (rookie systems market is not well supplied even with meta 4 modules) and in that particular case, brought here by me, you must go thru invasions.
Just saying.
Sometimes hardest way is not best way to learn or keep player in game.
Gap in the market spotted.
Last time I checked it was 10M. But I agree no module.
you dont have to go through them, also Arnon is not a career agent system.
Sorry but in my opinion your test results are biased and don’t actually represent the proper demographic target.
not sure how “took at most 250 damage to shields on a ship not tanked for shields at all” can be biased and even less sure about
It’s biased in the fact that your experience, knowledge, skills and their levels set the base parameters for the test… You’re an experienced pilot who knows which skills to train up first, how to set up your Overview, how to properly fit your ship, how to pilot your ship when engaging NPC’s, etc,
it was an amarr character, no shields trained, at all.
no modules affecting shield or align time were present on the ship
as i said above, if all you need is to fly through the invaded systems - no piloting skills required.
as pristine test as it can ever be.
That is why i’m not sure why OP cries that “newbros are suffering from triglavian invasions”, because as long as you dont auto-pilot and all you do is warp from gate to gate your ship wont be destroyed.
In your forum PvP rage, you missed my question about career agents delivery missions that sadly escalated this river of spam and insults.
Wait, what? I created topic to just bring attention for possible improvement of NPE. No one is crying. I never stated that invasion in NPE must be removed or not. Consider stoping doing whatever you are trying to accomplish by this arguing because you missed purpose of this threat long time ago.
You got a screenshot or link to show the skills?
You know what, nevermind. I don’t really care what type of proof you conjure up. I still stand by my previous statement that your test is biased and doesn’t represent the proper demographic.
EDIT:
@Ms_Steak Traveled through an Invasion system right next to a New Player Starter system using a max skilled Alpha character in a Destroyer. Ship defense fit with Republic Fleet Medium Shield Extender, Dread Guristas Adaptive Invulnerability Field (always activated asap), Damage Control II and a Small Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer I rig. With the Invul mod active the ship has 10,617 ehp’s, shield amount is 2,400 hp’s, shield resists are 60% EM, 57% Thermal, 68% Kinetic, 73% Explosive. Align time to warp is 4.86s.
About a dozen Trig ships on gate and as soon as I clicked ‘Warp To / Jump’ for the next gate, they immediately locked, applied Ewar and fired upon me. By the time I entered warp, my ship took 9 hits for 392 damage points which took 1/5th of my shield down. Screenshot.
My character has various defensive damage compensation skills trained up that brand new unskilled and inexperienced players wouldn’t have trained. So yeah, new players can be easily destroyed by Trig ships camping gates near NPE systems. Your test doesn’t accurately portray the target demographic.
anything above destroyer doesn’t have scan res high enough to lock your ship before you warp off. Especially a frigate.
hmm. Last time I checked
200 scanres for zorya
400 for cruisers
800 for frigates
Also no tick limitation so they actually have 1 less second to lock.
Now maybe CCP changed that but that’s what was wrecking at first.
Other than people auto-piloting and giving rats 15-20 seconds of free lock and blap time the only newb ships that should actually be in any danger are destroyers and massively under-geared first purchase cruisers. Frigates should be aligning fast enough that they are only taking some scratch damage from other frigates. And anything heavier than a cruiser should be having enough tank to just take the align time damage without much issue. Especially since if you get webbed in a BC or up your align time gets notably faster.
And if you aren’t stupid and are willing to work with decent Nereus and Badger fits you can easily have ~4-8K cargo space and 22-45K local passive tank on a hauler for some delivery missions… often for only 4-5m ISK investment.
