Sure. But its not coming from ganking, and we dont expect it to come from ganking, and thats the key point in this discussion.
The motivation for the gank, isnt based on getting ISK. Its no different from donating a hundred million to a new player who has nothing. No one donates to a new player, who has nothing, and expect to get isk from him. Its all from the goodness of our hearts.
We follow the Code, because we are good people.
Its all about the betterment of ourselves, and of hisec as a whole.
Of course, some people are going to be different. There will be people who try and help out new players who they know have bought billions of isk worth of Plex, and try to trick them into giving the Plex to them. Just like there are some people who only gank because they want the ISK. They wont pop empty freighters, they wont pop a single pod flying through space, because its of no profit to them.
Thats what makes us good. We dont expect any of this.
You can think that running around naked painted green with pink spots is important and that it makes you good for all I care.
But basic rule of warfare is that if you do not have the resources and money to pay for your personal, equipment and of course ammunition you will not be able to do what you want. All those accounts are plexed obviously. And with that I will leave you to your own perceptions of yourself in Eve.
I suspect the PA overlords are going to be having a serious chat with their CCP underlings over this ■■■■ up when this thread comes to their attention. I doubt this was part of the roadmap to higher profits for them.
No one is saying that we dont find ways to fund our activities.
But you agree, that Code and the other gankers are fundementally different in our approach to ganking, right?
You agree, that we cant get isk from freighters that are empty, or killing pods that are flying through space, right?
If you agree, then the “perceptions”, as you state, are irrelevant. The fact of the matter is, we dont gank for the ISK. We dont gank for profit.
And this is why our message is sincere, and why we are actually good people with good intentions. This is the very definition of selflessness, to spend ISK not for ourselves, and not in order to gain more, but to use it to help other people.

It’s not even that different OP. You could already do the same thing with NPC stations - and as a Goon, we do! After ganking a target, just warp to a station, get a free rookie ship, then undock in mass and pull CONCORD. Done!
The people who seriously gank bring freighter loads of ships. Filling one with a bunch of corvettes and dropping them off at a citadel isn’t that hard. You could already do that before and the amount of effort it took didn’t stop ganking, obviously.
Plus, don’t you want an EVE Online that’s harsh? This game is soft-core enough as it is.
