I mean super capitals are a problem just delete them and let those owners htfu.
I got my bounties taken away from me and I have placed several billion of them to delete high sec freighte pilots from the game.
Oh yeah delete t2bpo -not even joking about that, just straight up delete them like bounties.
I think what will be best is that every user still waiting for bounty refunds simply create an in game ticket with this bug.
I created mines, I will let you know how it goes.
