Might be related to cloudflare. On their site they are saying they are having issues affecting multiple customers.

Wrong Port 26000 Eve online servers
the first in RHP already have withdrawal symptoms … 
Tried logging in, but could not authenticate, and asked to add account. I switched to the test server, logged in and out, then tried tranquility and got through no issues.
It’s working again! 
O.O finally let me back into the game. Yayy. Also let me log into the forum so I could post.
i was mining in orca with 5 drones 350000000 ISk each. what if i loose them ?

5:50 am central time, currently now able to log back in
No one seen that reykjavik cloudflare server is re-routing for aproxx 30 mins+ ? its the only one with issues in europe right now.
