False advertisement and claims is against the law in the United States and CCP is on record making false claims of temporary and what needs to happen to revert these changes. I am protected as a customer from companies like CCP who made false claims in an attempt to generate revenue. Subway is in a lawsuit right now for false advertisement. These lawsuits happen all the time where those making false claims end up having to reimburse its customers and face big fines.
