Ah i see mate ok.

Still, even lock down doesn’t explain how mineral prices have doubled yet ship prices have remained fairly static.

We are still running full pelt on reserves. So further breaks need applying to this nigh unstoppable industrial train.

I would seriously like to talk to the idiots who came to the conclusion that this was a great idea,
Yes I can understand some of the previous changes but this new proposed option is the highest level of stupidity known to man.
You are seriously having a laugh.
I have been playing this game since the start and this is a game changer and not for the best.
Listen to the people who play the game properly, (yes highsec, low AND null sec) and they will all agree that a new level of stupidity has occurred.
DO NOT ACTION THIS STUPID PROPOSSED UPDATE as it will start the spiral to the end of the game for a lot of players

Then… I really don’t understand your point, indeed.

You make it pretty clear that you are not doing it for ISK, because… This isn’t profitable at all.

Industry not being profitable is a problem, it is supposed to be profitable.

Why then are you complaining about the update?

Wow, great advice. I wonder why no one has thought of it before.

No they can’t. WH’s have mass limits which makes transporting large amounts of materials nearly impossible, plus once someone see a structure unanchoring, they will seed the WH is a fleet to bash or steal it, they would have a week to do so, after all…plus no asset safety

We have. That’s why you guys are there, remember? Honestly, when did Miniluv start whining so much?

In reality the actual “redistribution” will result in less destruction beacause everything will be cost more, will be mroe boring to produce. So people will just stop the game after burn they’re actual asset.

CCP want a dynamic redistribution system who make if a place is over farm the value of the activity is reduce (to many 0.0 ore mine ? ok so the maker price will just fall). The probleme of this kind of economy is: it’s not good for a game like eve, you basically burn the risk/reward things and make a “poeple on this activity/Reward” thing.

Actually if CCP want more destruction they need to do the exact oppositie of what they are planning to do .

Boolocks, any bigger fight have an impact. We just do not get enough of them.
This update will only further risk averion in player behavior, and we need more stuff dying not less.

If you really want to make better impact than have drifters cut all eden space in half since there is too much systems compared to the amount of active players. Move more minerals into some dungeons that have limited one time resource spawns and you need to fight for it. Make nullblock brawl in low sec for special mining Filaments. Make getting access to resources more fun and engaging, a meat grinder.

Instead you come out with this bad idea, You wanted to make nullsec independent and now you force people to go back from null to hi-sec XD? to mine in some paper subcaps only to get suicide ganked.

Fantastic and wholsome idea, perfect to reduce amount of ships dying in fun pvp engagments.

Seriously, just scrap it, and use your Filament mechanicks in some creative way insted. Poke people into more pew pew instead of less. Let people battle for small / medium / large/ etc. Ore Filaments instead. Add them to faction warfare too, hell would be more fun and would breath more life into stagnant and dying low-sec. Everyone get to pew and than we mine em out quick with rorquals so we can pew pew even more. Make em as and special kind of key for asiblex gate so we open a special portal to a limited and rich resource site or something, would be 9999999999x more fun than this change. I WANT TO SHOOT STUFF NOT MINE IN HIGH SEC USING TWO DECADE ■■■■ BORING MECHANIC.

i m interesting by you’re feedback… i think to write a full feedback of actual CCP move … and explain why it will reduce game player base in mid range… and check if no law in Korea give me interdiction to send it to all PA actionnary.
At this point i stop think CCP listen people, they will listen they’re owners.

I don’t think you understand it properly.

CCP don’t want more destruction for the sake of saying “more things go boom”.

They try (or tried?) to increase destruction in order to reduce the quantity of assets people have at their disposal, to reduce this feeling that “Nothing matters anymore, we don’t care about dying at all”.

Now I don’t know if they do it properly or not.

But if you just make everything cost less, sure you might have more “destruction”, but you are not working towards the feeling they want to give at all.

I do build stuff, and i think this update is BS to the player base as a whole, not just my interests. For profit as i said, it is easier and faster to just sell materials, rather than finished goods (I have spreadsheets that will give you a brain aneurysm)

Perhaps… but increased cost will result in players being more cautious with ALL ships. I just used dreads as an example, but the same thing applies across the board. As a ship gets more expensive, people will be more cautious with it.

Why hello there.

Of course, this is efficient.

They don’t defend the space, they don’t do fleets. They don’t rat, or mine, so they only way they contribute is either through market taxes or buybacks. Usually they don’t like the prices offered locally and just bugger off to Jita to sell up.

Buy in Jita compressed, ship it down. Not like it was worth it to mine veld in 0.0 anyway.

This is a really good idea.

Mining is one of the few activities in the game that responds well to scaling out. Eg, two ships ratting in the same place might mean twice the DPS, but it doesn’t mean twice the payout and now both ships are spending more time in warp to sites per hour.

It was more than just getting goo. It was getting fuel, stront, shipping materials in to do a reaction, as well as shipping it out. Running towers had so much peripheral activity and even though the amount of goo was smaller than today, it was worth the time to do it.

If anyone would like to crap out Rorquals in Providence, go ahead, see how well it worked out for the last residents.

I still see ore in space. People are just being picky.

Where’s that Bear Gryls poster “Gotta take down a citadel, better drink my own piss”?

Make the rorqual a bridging until for mining ships? Oh that would be sight to see. Might upset some people when it starts getting used to drop 100 man barge fleets, but yeah, that is a great idea.

That would be fun, being able to dock in a capital and get taxi’d around.

Maybe CCP is just comfortable with it being the way it is, like the springs on a old car seat that poke you in the balls each time there is a bump in the road.

I mean i knew indy had to change at some point. I’m a mixed pilot, some pvp, some indy, some ratting, some explo.

But there are people I play with who are solely one thing or the other. And this is driving one group away. Bots haven’t helped over the years.

There are many ways to address this issue, making hulls invalid, enforcing destruction. Not the way.

but the spiral already began.

The true problem since years now it’s you don’t have enought incensitive to make people hunt other people.
All thing CCP are doing since they go full nerf super/rorqual (te change who make it’s impossible to done all in 1 mobile depot so kill the steal drone game) are basiccaly so bad for the game.

You will have less and less destruction beacause for making the same ship you will take a lot more time. And more it cost, more time player will have to buy one. until people bun out to farm 2 day for a BS who will die in 20 min in pvp.
