Resource Redistribution Update

для чего спрашивается я потратил столько времени и исок когда качал Рорку ? Если из за жадности ССР этот корабль становится бесполезным.

first you should deal with bots, than the rest of your “brilliant” ideas

In the initial Blogs CCP gave this color coded Picture where economy state is.
Do we have an update on this. Has starvation phase increase overall economy health,
considering CCPs Key Values?

I could imagine there are several players with such deep mineral pockets that can easily counter every effort from CCP?

3 months? How about permanently ?

I don’t need to sell or buy anything, not anymore, so it sounds like a good idea. Just mine / salvage but don’t reprocess or sell the ore… Sounds like a good alternate gameplay for an Alpha sitting on 3 billion isk.
It’ll give me play time and a sense of satisfaction knowing that I’m holding what they wished I didn’t and someone else needs… Sounds like PvP to me.
Thanks for the idea o7

So we have a feast for these Gankers of THE NEW HALAIMA CODE OF CONDUCT and OTHER idiots?

All I can say now is:

TO ALL MINERS: STOP YOUR WORK AND SEE WHAT THEY DO WITHOUT US.

Mining is a timeconsuming and boring work but without our work you wouldn’t get the minerals for your ships, weapons, ammo and other stuff. So stop your work and let’s see how the market will hopefully crash.

MINERS ARE ESSENTIAL - SO STOP TAKING FROM US!!!

Every, literaly, every time CCP tries to “fix” things:

They change staff every 2-3 weeks or what?

and don’t get me wrong. I find all of this very entertaining  Keep it up CCP. Good sh*tstorm is always good.

I am a casual eve player. I like to mine in high sec. I have been to null/low, did pvp/pve but I like mining in high sec. I like the structures that I can have my own little kingdom so to speak. I mine and do not interfere with others fun as much as possible. Now CCP basically killed what is fun for me as an individual player.

Your CSM candidates are mostly, if not all from large alliances. CCP has always catered to large alliances anyway. At least since I started playing in 2005. Between the Quantum Core change and this resource distribution, CCP isn’t forcing me to play in low/null sec or anywhere for that matter. They are forcing me to find another game. At least until they change the mechanics to make it fun for me again. I play a game because it is fun for me. When it isn’t fun, like now. I will just find another and save $60 a month in subscription.

How anyone else likes to play I cannot presume. I would think it is not very reasonable to make someone do something they don’t see as being fun when there are so many other games out there. I really could care less how YOU think I, should have fun.

But everyone else should have the game changed for your fun.

Which none of this actually prevents.

Gotcha.

Perhaps your reading comprehension is lacking. CCP will do what they and the large alliances want. When/if the mechanics change I will come back. I am stating what I am doing. You can do whatever you please.

No, this half says “I Go Off” and the stupid other half says “Why are the ships so expensive?”

I literally responded to your own words.

You dont want the game changed to protect your interests, but dont have a problem with it being changed in benefit of your interests.

Exactly what you wrote.

You being a hypocrit doesnt make my ability to read your words as you wrote them change.

right and to the point. I will participate.

Strike in Jita - everyone after Jita and do nothing.

I don’t care one bit about what the game does for anyone else. I am not paying my subscription so you can have fun. You are right though. Surely everyone thinks like you and says “I am going to be miserable so Ramona can have fun at my expense!”.

So why should anyone else care (inc CCP) what the game does for you?

Read some other posts please. Have a nice day.

I have spent a lot of time training four toons to mine all the ores that are available in W-space. Not just to mine the ore, but on one toon, training all the mining skills to level 5 so I can have perfect refining for the ores. This takes a considerable amount of time. Now, these changes makes most all of that training worthless. On this toon, I have over 100 mil skill points. I can extract the wasted skills, but I would only get a tiny amount of the points back to use for other skills.

CCP is operated by a for profit company that recently purchased the game from the original developers. When a for profit company buys a business, their main motivation is to increase their profits. It seems that is what CCP is really doing is trying to get people to purchase more PLEX with cash to sell on the market in order to buy more ships.

This looks like a real bad idea, Seems all min based items will increase in
price to make eve like every other game with an unhealthy economy.
Can I get skill points back from any mining and industry or production skills
for free?

I started the game in last December, which is now pretty much ten months ago, and I never mined, both by choice and because I never actually needed it.

Stop trying to use “But it hurts new players!!” as an argument for everything you guys found annoying. A new player absolutely don’t need to be interested in mining.

Not to mention that it is factually completelly wrong, because before the update, High-sec mining was worthless unless you could scale it with multiple accounts at least in barges. As such, it was detrimental for a new player to invest time in it.

Now that the ore might potentially be worth much more money, it could actually mean that a new player could make real money from mining in High-sec near his starting point.

This is a great change for new mining players, and an irrelevant change for new non-mining players.

Your cries about “Poor new players” are just unjustified salt.
