I am not even ganking, but hey… ganking is not only shooting a hauler or miner, you can also gank people in wars or people who are ruinning the game for you.
You could also gank your enemies bowheads, be a partisan, etc
ganking by definition is is the killing of someone in highsec in a one sided fashion that would cause a reaction from concord. killing wartargets is not ganking.
There is such a thing as unsanctioned wars. For example, if one group or individual chose to spread lies and misinformation about another group but were immune to reprisal either by being ineligible from war or by being protected by a third party it might become necessary to gank them or their members.
thankfully with the changes to war mechanics im looking for when i make csm will answer those problems

What I understand is the csm are an elected group of officials who speak for the will of the eve community. We bring the wants and needs of the player base to CCP. Sure they don’t have to do anything but not listening to your player base is a good way for a game to fail. Obviously we don’t make the changes, we just bring the problems to CCP for them to fix how they believe it best fixed. Currently that problem is you and the people like you.
It takes significant hubris to think that being elected, in an election where people can buy infinite votes, means that you “speak for the will of the community”. Regardless, I am sure you will not be elected, and I hope you take that as a signal that you do not speak for the will of the community. I know you think I am the problem here, no idea why, but perhaps you are the problem? Let the election decide!
If I don’t make it its simply because I’m not known enough and no other reason. I plan to spend the year fixing that issue if I don’t make it so that I can run again next time with a bigger following.
So, let me get this straight - if you get elected, you represent the will of the people, but if you don’t get elected, you still do? Sounds a bit unreasonable, imho.
First of all, I love the fact that goons are somehow the nebulous boogeymen of Eve. Something happening you don’t like? Probably goons involved. We love you too 
Second, the fact that @Winston_Enderas wandered in here, definitely accused this dude of violating the TOS, and then stating that wasn’t even a big deal because he was such a terrible candidate on all his other positions was a marvelous amount of shade to throw at someone. I wish all CSM threads were this good.
To clarify, what I actually said was that there wasn’t enough evidence to suggest his involvement. The second part was 100% true. Being bad should be enough to disqualify him.
That being said… get out and vote, everyone… just not for RGC Godfather.
Well, I have no idea what you said, but I can say that if you are going to accuse people of violating the EULA, you should have some kind of evidence. Even though RGC is a shameless miner, he still deserves some modicum of due process.
I love how Winston claims that RGC violated ToS and then used the guy who made the claim as evidence

RGC is telling people in local not to join the HMA fleets,
He’s going after the HMA people. He told his corp not to join the HMA fleets.
And this guy wants to go into the CSM. All this mess involves two rivaling mining entities in the same region.
HMA ganks miners who are not in their fleet, while the others want to ride on HMA’s success but lack the inspiration to create something for themselves.
It would be interesting if RGC becomes a member of the CSM; it could lead to a lot of debates and discussions about nothing.
Id say that’s interesting but its actually incorrect. NMO is its own thing and unlike the HMA it still has active fleets every single day. We also offer anti gank measures to those in the fleet. For the past month the HMA has been extremely inactive to the point of being none existent. When the HMA fleet is up its just an Orca and no one else, and that Orca isn’t even Winston.
You say we are getting our success from Winston and the HMA but even Winston himself realized the other day, during the rare instance of him actually being online anymore, that’s incorrect. The original 20 members of my corp were members of his corp but we have grown at what he would consider and alarming rate. I have recruitment methods that take place in several location, none of which involve anything related to the HMA.
As previously stated in a comment on this thread, the HMA is dead. Any talks of it here are just an attempt at clinging to life or an attempt at reviving something that’s obsolete and no longer needed.
this part i can agree with second part is not needed and inaccurate.
Winston is a good example of why people who want to be in charge make terrible leaders. He went to a lot of effort to create his thing and blablabla, but there’s nothing actually there, and it all just evaporated like dust. It was always all about him, and not the members, so after his great idea to be a ‘leader’ there was no follow through or plan to do anything other than sit there AFK. Of course, inevitably people realized that and moved on.

What’s worse is that Winston is a good guy, just a terrible leader. I actually like him, just not the stuff he leads
