idk why you’re so butthurt in a thread about rookie griefing policies being updated lol
maybe start your own and try to get some attention instead of shitting up other people’s threads

I’m upset?
I thought it was funny that Galaxy Pig started out saying it wasn’t fair that he gets punished for breaking a hard rule in EVE simply because he didn’t know it was a rule. That’s all I started with. The rest was the HS collective reacting to that.
If I break a rule in EVE, it’s on me, period. Apparently the special snowflakes in HS don’t think that attitude applies to them.
On the topic at hand? Don’t gank in rookie systems. Hell, be safe and simply don’t gank easy targets or young characters in general. Where’s the fun in doing something when you know 100% that you’ll come out on top?
To me it looks like you’re more upset about that killboard link, but I just got finished reading this whole violent incident of terror that is this thread so I might have the wrong idea.
And honestly, if you’re getting upset over that, just deal with it.
Not really. I couldn’t care less about the KB link. Want me to link where I YOLOed a 1.3 bil tengu against drifters just to see what would happen? (hint, the tengu didn’t make it).
I honestly couldn’t care less about KBs.
No, don’t link your 1.3b tengu loss. That’s entirely irrelevant and doesn’t prove anything.
I don’t know what ticked you off and why but with how condescending you’re being I’m not surprised at all everyone wants you to shut up
Case in point.
But, back on track to the original discussion, rookie griefing policies should just stay as they are. EVE is a hard game and if some unlucky fellows need to learn it the hard way then so be it. I’m not OK with people just consistently killing newbies and nothing else (I don’t mean people that have a lot of newbie kills but also a lot more normal kills, so to speak) but CCP’s current rules are good as is and do not need changing. If you’ve got any personal gripes with people left take it up in a private discussion.
Scott, when talking to roleplayers and trolls, it’s kind of hard to post something serious.
If you look at what I originally posted, I was just calling out the BS that was said earlier. JC said it’s not his fault if he randomly ends up in a rookie system and ganks a new player. Another person said it’s not fair for a ganker to have to know what systems are rookie systems as well as know a target’s age before ganking them.
My stance? HTFU, highseccers. It’s not hard to look at a system name and check corp history before engaging someone. My point originally was that HS PvPers are simply complaining in this thread instead of adapting to new rules in the game. They chose to live in the safest part of space, where there are additional consequences. If they don’t like that, LS, null and WHs are waiting.
the backtracking is hilarious tho
especially coming from a troll
so sorry your attempt at derailing failed
why does that matter
its only the rookie systems that matter
and there are a bunch of those with no indicator to show they are rookie systems
they put in safety buttons for all the garbage in the game
but asking for a simple symbol next to a system name means htfu
whatever
Lol that’s the funny part, he’s so butthurt over grr CODE. that he’s essentially arguing against the notion that CCP should tell us what the rules of their game are.
Because what challenge is there in taking out young players?
And are you new to EVE? People have been told to harden up over far less than this.
CCP does tell you what the rules are. You are whining that they don’t shout it from the rooftops. You’re the guy whose bank updates it’s policies and you complain because you throw the mail away without reading it first.
I never mentioned code in this thread, not sure why I would be upset about them, especially given I’m in HS maybe once every other month. But hey, this is a sandbox. Play how you want. I’d personally last a week ganking given how boring it is to me, but again, sandbox. Play how you want. If you have fun ganking, go for it. If you have fun in massive sov wars? Do that, if you like mining in LS, grab a ship and start shooting rocks.
I’ve never complained about any playstyle and never will. Some of them are just incredibly boring to me.
All that to say, please stop whining because you didn’t read a few very basic rules.
It’s adorable every time someone disagrees with you you copy paste something about freighter kills or you use the term butthurt. Get new material please.
doesnt answer the question
the age of a player is irrelevant
usually for a good reason
youre just saying it to be a troll
Miner, calm down.
You’re butthurt over the loss Dom linked and being made to look stupid on spaceship forums, --we got it.
You’re quickly gaining high status with that title yourself.
I know that this will be frowned upon by all you elite pvpers and be upset about by the bears in the thread…
But oh my goodness… i LOVE BLOWING up noobs.
Like top feeling in the game other than scamming/big suicide ganks/tears
It HAS to be a secret hidden passion by some of you.
The forbidden fruit, the young innocence that you just destroy easier than a fly.
The dreams and hopes you just shatter with antimatter…
Wow I love it…
Brb
Wow, manchilds ego-bashing each other.
Oh, I remember you… or was it an alt. Does that baiting with bounties get bites?
There are so many folks in here, desperately crying that the “other” guy is the salty one, and just… endlessly repeating “no u” with every. single. reply.
You kids need to settle down and drink your juice boxes.
Sorry everybody! My alliance ticker tends to derail conversations…
The vast majority of threads about ganking turn to that. Even if you have a neutral stance on it, any post is seen as salt toward one or the other side.
