Lets put a doomsday on a rorq. It’s a capital mining laser, mostly used for mining big rocks. It’s got a long cool down time and poor tracking. The module won’t penetrate shields unless its heated and is taking heat damage. It basically just carves into capital ships.

I would rather have a tractor beam capable of tractoring in asteroids to reduce travel time for mining ships and drones.
