A spike in the frequency and intensity of skirmishes between Federal and Corporate forces has been noted in Athounon VI as Taayusaka Security forces have seemingly turned their focus towards besieging the fortified metropolises, intent on breaking through. Instances of sporadic shelling have also seen an sharp rise in frequency as fresh supplies and reinforcements have began arriving through occupied spaceport facilities.
Reports from Federal Marine scouting teams that have ventured beyond their secured locations paint a dire picture of unbridled pillaging, leaving residents in despair and towns in ruins.
