Dear citizens
We have decided to take further measures to fortify the colony. Although the underground shelters have been built to withstand as much external attacks as possible, the external buildings can be relatively vulnerable despite the large presence of orbital cannons, which is why we will begin the construction of planetary shield generators designed to also withstand orbital strikes as much as possible and ensure that you live in the safest place possible.
We will begin to collaborate with the MegaProject Administration to build and store ships in the orbital ring around Lan-Korat, which although it is under construction has some operational parts, to increase our capacity and efficiency of exploration, surveillance and rescue operations and ensure greater protection of the colony. We will also build 6 new mobile depots to make our customs system more efficient.
We would like to clarify that only warclones will be allowed to operate combat ships or in very dangerous operations where death is a sure risk, baseliners will still be able to operate ships for less dangerous operations. We may allow exceptions to this rule if we do not have enough warclones to operate a sufficient number of combat ships during an emergency that requires more combat personnel than usual.
Once we have manufactured enough ships to do both Drifter monitoring and rescue operations in an efficient manner, we will begin monitoring Drifter systems again.

Fora VI News (F6N) – Sakan Ilrus Slammed by Alcerys Political Advisor for ‘Heretical Debauchery’

Earlier this week, a series of holo-images were posted to an anonymous GalNet forum which appear to show Sakan Ilrus, eldest son of Lord Enditus Ilrus, at an illegal pleasure hub in the Dital system. The images allegedly show the young heir engaging in gambling, illicit drug use, and profane sexual acts with what are assumed to be prostitutes. The pleasure hub in question, which is rumoured to have ties to the infamous criminal organisation The Seven, has since been dealt with by the proper authorities.
The metadata of the uploaded files reveals that the images were recorded at the beginning of this month, which corresponds to a business trip the 21 year-old took on behalf of the Ilrus Wine Company, however he has explicitly denied any involvement, claiming that the uploader is “a liar, using doctored images to ruin a good man’s career for their own secular amusement”. Lord Ilrus himself has so far refused to comment, but has assured the public that he is treating the situation seriously, and that a statement will be issued in the coming days.
Bakhor Derum, political advisor for Lady Rynna Alcerys, spoke with F6N regarding the ordeal.
“The entire Ilrus family should be ashamed. This is exactly the kind of heretical debauchery that is rotting the Empire from the inside, and the fact that this was able to happen at all shows a severe lack of moral integrity and good judgment on the part of Sakan and his father. After working with the Alcerys family for thirty-six years, spending a great deal of time with the late Sienna Alcerys, I can confidently say that the difference in professionalism and decorum between the two families is astonishing. How can this boy be expected to take on the responsibility of becoming a holder and managing land when he can hardly manage himself? What a disgrace.”
Stock in all major companies owned by the Ilrus family have fallen this week and show no sign of stopping, leaving a great deal of speculation as to the future of the family’s holdings.

With these projects now complete, we will start monitoring Drifter hive systems again.
We are also proud to announce that soon, our scientists will publish the results of their research on the Drifter crisis that is ravaging our republic and our cluster, these studies are as much focused on the behavior of the Drifters and their drones as on the technologies they use. As long as the crisis continues, we will continue to study and publish what we discover about what threatens us, inhabitants of New Eden.

Excerpts from the “Tabbetzur Inquest Logs”
We have docked at the Nurtura Plantation station in orbit of the moon of Tabbetzur VII.
It will be our center of operations for investigation and research about whatever will happen on the 6th.
Despite the ongoing evacuation process by the republic, some remain to ensure the proper functioning of the station.
We started patrolling the system to determine where the “threat” may occur. Our suspicions are naturally directed towards the system’s stations but also towards the Jovian Observatory or any wormhole detected in the system.
We noticed 5 Autothysian Lancers near the observatory during our initial patrol, we haven’t detected anything unusual about them so far.
It is possible that Deathless Circle agents are on scene to also investigate the upcoming “threat”. We have sent intelligence operatives so that we can investigate their potential presence and 100 squads of warclones to arrest some of them for questioning if possible, or at least raid their facilities and recover what is found there if there are any.
We are currently focusing on the potential presence of Circle research outposts in space. Our operatives are already trying to inquire about local criminal groups or those demonstrating discontent with the republic.

Excerpts from the “Tabbetzur Inquest Logs”
A wormhole of Drifter origin has been detected in Tabbetzur.
We are approaching.
No Drifter drones or units detected.
After an initial incursion, we discovered that this wormhole leads to the “Sentinel” Drifter hive system. A taskforce will be sent to monitor the wormhole and what is happening on the other side.
We haven’t detected any Drifter drones or units on the other side of the wormhole.
After returning to the New Eden side and during a second attempt to approach the wormhole for further research, Drifter units came out and attacked the main investigation ship very quickly, too quickly to properly analyze the situation and the number of units present.
The ship was destroyed at 16:54 New Eden time, it seems that the unit that did the most damage was an “Apollo Tyrannos” and that the one that dealt the final blow was an “Artemis Tyrannos”.
The pod was left intact.
A rescue ship was sent to rescue the survivors.
No Drifter units or drones were detected upon returning to the scene.
There were no survivors.

According to Mr. Kaiwara, 60 units of harmonics have been turned in thus far.

We were able to send warclones into the Warden Relay-Chainer’s secondary infrastructure during both strikes, the fights against the Circle’s Vanguards and baseline soldiers were fierce and we had to retreat during both assaults but we managed to get some intel. We will continue to investigate the system to seek out and suppress as many Circle agents as possible. The nature of the alterations to the system likely makes it a prime “target” for Circle scientists. We should also look for signs of Drifter activity to better flush out Circle members, the Atavums in our possession may be useful for this.
According to our research and that of other scientists, the alterations made to Tabbetzur are even “stronger” than those made to the other systems targeted by the Drifters. It is even possible that the changes are permanent. This reminds us of what the Triglavians did to the systems they invaded, annexed and assimilated in the Pochven region, it is likely that the science and technology behind these two processes are similar but the way in which it is strategically employed seems different. While the Triglavians waited to have a significant influence in the systems they were targeting before making the most significant alterations, the Drifters make them at the beginning of their attacks. We believe that it is the Vigilant Dreamers who are performing these alterations and that by destroying it we can stop the alteration process but we are not sure, if that is the case perhaps there is a hard-to-find Vigilant Dreamer in Tabbetzur and destroying it will return the system to a normal state. We will order a new directive to the Pochven Inquest Taskforce: study the alterations of the Pochven systems and compare them to what is known about the alterations of the systems in crisis. We will continue to study these phenomena and if they are indeed permanent then we will make the Tabbetzur Inquest Taskforce, which was originally supposed to be short-lived, a permanent division.
The Triglavians are looking for Warden Connection Harmonics too, warclones assigned to the Pochven Inquest Taskforce will also have to do what they can to find out if people are taking Harmonics to Triglavian controlled stations. We think that the Drifters may try to intercept the ships carrying them so we will monitor their behavior even more closely and we will take the opportunity to determine if the Atavums can also make us able to monitor them more effectively even within Pochven despite the alterations that have been made there. This will take time because the Forecaster Report documents that have been made public are still incomplete on this subject. We believe that the Circle may try to create new relays connected to the Warden and thus attract the Drifters again but also perhaps the Triglavians or other factions interested in the Harmonics or similar objects or data. If this is the case, then we will have to create new task forces or extend the directives of the Tabbetzur Inquest Taskforce to the study and monitoring of other systems undergoing the same alterations and influence of the Circle.

Intensive virtual training of selected warclones is complete, the Technocratic Council and several officers and instructors have determined that they are now ready for their future expeditions to Pochven. Their ships and equipment are ready. The first expeditions will begin on March 15th at 10:00 New Eden Time and will take place in Archee, Niarja, and Kino.
-They must hide their affiliations and objectives, several alibis and false identities have been created for this purpose.
-They are authorized to collaborate with Triglavian forces if the situation requires it, but in secret and preferably with the Veles Clade.
-They are authorized to assist them during battles against the Drifters or the Svarog Clade.
-They are authorized to assist resistance cells and EDENCOM if the lives of non-combatants and refugees are at risk, but they will not be able to take them with them for confidentiality reasons. They are nevertheless encouraged to assist them and help them escape from Pochven through the assistance of resistance cells or EDENCOM if they request it.
-They are allowed to collaborate with rogue drones that are willing to communicate and ally with humans.
-They are authorized to collaborate with Amarrian-aligned forces if the situation requires it or if the lives of non-combatants or refugees are at risk.
