Massive hijack of planetary media and holo communication channels
Yulai, Genesis - No visual updates are available - Some hours after the âWarpathâ hack attack, another one, of different origin but easier handling, started from the bottoms of New Eden civilization and itâs trying to expand to the more important communication channels of the high security systems, despite started from Low-sec planets under the CEMWPA.
Thatâs another clue which considers the âNobodyâ movement the responsible of this âsecond minor attackâ. What youâre seeing on this screen is the same youâre seeing in almost every region of every planet within the empires: âCivilization has fallen; You are Nobodyâ. Further messages have been streaming in other non-visual channels which âdetailâ their message to all New Eden people. Some of them have been reported here:

This and many other similar messages have been broadcasted everywhere. Despite many of these attacks have being resolved, multiple unrests have been reported in High-sec planets, caused by the psychosis and fear of local civilians who think to be returned to the old era before the CONCORD foundation. This is heavily impacting the confidence of the institutions negatively, whatever itâs CONCORD, Caldari, Gallente, Minmatar or Amarr. The response of the âWarpathâ attack, as the messages of âNobodyâ are referring, seems like having shown that all four empires couldnât wait for a new war, ignoring the CONCORD presence and authority.

Rumors and reports from the Einherjar Foundationâs Secondary Research Center and headquarters in the Hek trade hub describe a tense atmosphere. Some employees report that members of the main board of directors âwere in a sour moodâ from the outset of the Warpath conflict and even after the emergency meeting convened to determine the Foundationâs response ended, supposedly due to the impact on the empiresâ abilities to âproperly suppress criminality and emergent threatsâ this conflict could have. Additional Military Police officers have reportedly been brought in to assist the already present police officers and the elite Fafnir Guard in protecting Foundation assets, while evacuation ships have been prepared in case the station is attacked by the Amarr Empire.
It is already theorized by some civilians that the Foundation has likely already sent forces to defend Hek and other Minmatar systems from Amarrian incursions and that the founders are probably conducting these operations personally. Others speculate that the Foundation is also studying the movements and initiatives of pirate factions, primarily the Deathless Circle, against whom the Foundation is fiercely hostile to the point of still continuing its âwarâ against it in the Tabbetzur system. It is also generally accepted that this will push the PAIRC to increase its research, recruitment, and military capacity expansion efforts to keep pace with the escalating war and a potential rise in the overall piracy rate in the Republic.
The announcement of Silphy en Diabelâs arrest by the Caldari State and the rising tensions between the State and the Intaki Syndicate have reportedly further exacerbated the already negative mood of the main board given the potentially catastrophic impact this could have on our colony. The Intaki Syndicate, which was already at odds with the Foundation due to PAIRCâs Armed Forcesâ raids on Serpentis assets in March and April, is now considered even more âproblematic and dangerous than everâ by the Technocratic Council, which has undertaken to impose additional measures to âensure that no Syndicate agent can disrupt order in our colonyâ. The Technocratic Council has publicly announced that talks will take place between the Einherjar Foundation and Taayusaka Eskeitan regarding the course of action to follow should the Caldari State attack the Intaki Syndicate in order to spare the PAIRC as much as possible from this conflict and its consequences, maintain the partnership between the two corporations and ensure as much freedom as possible for the Council and the Foundation within MHC-R3 and possibly in UTKS-5 and I-YGGI. The Technocratic Council and the main board of the Foundation jointly announced that they âwill do everything they can to keep the PAIRC free to innovate and safe from all dangers in its path and assist the Republic no matter how far the Amarr Empire will go in its mindless and vile quest to destroy freedomâ.

Arnon Industrial Scene Grows
In the past few days, mining and manufacturing activity in the Peccanouette constellation has increased by 20%, almost doubling in the Arnon system. The majority of this increase seems to be in asteroid mining in the Arnon systemâs 19 asteroid belts. More attention has been given to the system as market activity increases and several corporations increase activity there, including Nebula Excavations, subdivision of Interbus, which has recently moved there from Cistuvaert.
Analysts blame the increase on increased military activity from the attack on CONCORD. The Gallente Federation and Amarr Empire alike put up massive requests for increased Plagioclase production. Arnon has historically been known for massive reserves of Plagioclase, the largest source in the entire area surrounding the Genesis region. The belts of Arnon and surrounding systems seem to be dominated by individual capsuleers, rather than the larger-scale strip mining seen in other areas, most notably Verge Vendor.
Adirain Gas Sites Spark Conflict
This Saturday morning, an unprecedented three gas sites were discovered in the system of Adirain at the time. Though initially discovered by a lone capsuleer miner by the name of Ralsei Rasile, all the gas was lost before it could be brought to a safe place by a roving fleet of lowsec pirates, who proceeded to inform the industrial wing of their corporation, who harvested it all quickly. Rasile has threatened to sue the lowsec group, and when interviewed, observed astutely that âwe donât want to fight our enemies, because thereâs a chance they might get hurtâ. Some suspect Rasile was hacked when this message was sent.

The battle of Auga
As the conflict between the Empires continues to heat up, the war between Republic and Imperial loyalists came to a Hed in the system of Auga, Heimatar.
Claimed as the home system of the Minmatar militia, but captured by Imperial capsuleer forces some time ago, Auga became soaked in blood after Matari capsuleer forces successfully pushed the system to the very brink of collapse.
Unwilling to yield their prize, Imperial militia forces put up a dogged resistance fight against the encroaching Tribal Liberation Force. Every control point became ferociously contested, resulting in no less then half a dozen pitched battles involving various ship sizes, and the loss of no less then three hundred hulls during the final hours of heated combat.
The final battle took place over the Infastructure hub, involving a mass battleship brawl during which the Minmatar Militia, in a twist of irony, fielded Amarrian Apocalypse hulls while the defenders of Imperial authority took to the field in Minmatar Fleet Typhoons. The two fleets locked horns while smaller capsuleer squads continued to context the control sites that could restore invulnerability to the hub until the very last second.
In the end the Tribal Liberation Force won the day, and Auga once again flew the Minmatar flag, though Imperial News Outlets are already praising the zeal of the Amarrian defenders for standing their ground rather then abandon the system.
On the ground, celebrations erupt from several Minmatar population centers while the reactions from any Imperial residents are more muted. Rumor has it that one or several capsuleers, rather then leaving the surface realm be, is sponsoring Liberation Force raids onto any Amarr holdings present in the system.
What becomes of the Imperial citizens captured during these raids is unknown, with fighters only referring to an âIâ when asked for information.
Meanwhile in Amamakeâs Keepstar, unnoticed by most capsuleers, vigils are being held in remembrance of the crewmembers whose lives were lost during the battles.

Warclone âDrill Teamsâ Penetrate Reinforced Infrastructure on Alparena III

Planetary officials on Alperena III are advising citizens to remain in their homes, avoid infrastructure hubs, and refrain from attempting to reload government service pages following multiple cascading outages across the Vel-CĂ©risier Metro Area.
At 13:07EVE, plantary defenses identified a flight of two combat battlecruisers decloaking in low orbit before unleashing a rapid barrage of missiles to overwhelm the local defense grid. Point defense cannons and missile interceptors were quick to destroy the vast majority of the incoming volley while larger hybrid artillery focused on bringing down the two battlecruisers. Initial reports were optimistic, with Federal reservists reporting only minor surface damage from a handful of âsquirtersâ that penetrated local air defenses. Then the power went out.
Interspersed with the conventional kinetic warheads were small Breacher pods, designed to impact shielded warships and bore through reinforced battleship grade armor. The pods were able to make comparatively short work of burrowing through subterranean concrete fortifications to deliver teams of purpose-engineered warclones directly into planetary reactors, civic datacenters, and water control pumphouses. The assault was mercifully shortlived, with rogue warclones scrambling to loot the largely unguarded facilities and deliver the equipment to extraction beacons before their purpose-built clones expired.
Both combat battlecruisers were felled by planetary artillery. The tragic bombing of the Federal Garrison by apparent Warclone sympathizers, a broadcast heard by the entire [CLOCK] and [AIDER] relief fleet, has us leaving a contingent of [CLOCK] security forces to assist Federal Marines with recovery and basic security until proper Federal Government support arrives on planet or the security teams are no longer required.
After six hours, the Eta-class lifted off having emptied its hold of the relief materials. Among the supplies, the Eta-class had its first live field tests in helping preform treatments on injured civilians and Federal forces, along with diverting excess reactor power to local facilities until power services were restored.
While the Eta-class Depot Repair holds were open, many of the repairs performed were delayed civilian government maintenance. A separate report has been attached with the repairs made to these vehicles along with a request to audit the maintenance department.

The Caldari State has taken direct control of the Syndicate region, including MHC-R3. The Technocratic Council immediately accepted the surrender request of one of the Caldari Navyâs fleets and no fighting occurred despite the fear felt by citizens upon confirmation of the Stateâs arrival.
Ludetulf Ronuken, Representative of the PAIRC, gave this speech shortly after the surrender:
âWe welcome the forces of the State and their objective of pacifying the region with open arms. We are also willing to assist them in dismantling the Intaki Syndicate. In this era where pirates have acquired far too much power and are sowing unacceptable chaos throughout the cluster, all attempts to destabilize them must be seized. The Intaki Syndicate, being one of the most important enablers of criminality, must be destroyed to deny the criminals of New Eden the benefits of such a powerful black market.â
Despite the absence of casualties in the colony and the Stateâs promise to free the region from criminal influence, most citizens are worried about the Caldariâs capture of MHC-R3, hoping that those who govern the colony will remain the same as they have more confidence in the Matari-aligned Einherjar Foundation than in the Caldari State.
Since then, Einherjar Foundation ships have reportedly been seen patrolling the system, especially near the gate to Harroule. It is theorized that they may also be patrolling near other gates leading to neighboring regions of Syndicate.

Mysterious Minmatar Raiders Rampage through Aridia

Amarr law enforcement officials have been left scratching their heads after a strange surge in Minmatar raiding parties. While Amarr-Minmatar engagements have increased exponentially since the collapse of CONCORD war response protocols allowed the start of the Warpath conflict, Amarr officials believe that these Minmatar raiders are not directly linked to the Minmatar Republic.
At first glance, this gang of raiders resembles the other gangs of Minmatar-affiliated raiders plaguing Amarr space, flying Rifters and occasionally Ruptures. However, the hull panels of these ships exhibit evidence of laser-welding, a practice that is highly uncommon in Republic space due to the wastage involved. While this on its own is not significant evidence, as several mercenary companies currently hired by the Minmatar to rampage freely in Amarr space use vessels built outside of Republic space, this particular group of raiders is distinctive because it rarely fights alongside the elite mercenaries employed elsewhere, instead primarily fighting alongside a small band of ex-Guristas. In addition, the extent to which this group of raiders have hidden their identities from forensic scrutiny has raised eyebrows. The ship computers were completely wiped, the warp drives modified to impede forensic tracing, and camera footage of the ship interiors reveal that the crew members wore multiple layers of masks at all times - even when sleeping.
In addition, while Minmatar-affiliated forces have primarily been attacking Imperial supply caches, this group of raiders have also launched raids against several dozen obscure monasteries in remote areas of Aridia. Law enforcement officials were coy about exactly what was taken, only stating that the raiders focused primarily on âancient battle records and relicsâ. It is unclear whether the plundered objects relate to the âancient Starkmanir combat strategiesâ that have recently gained popularity among Minmatar military commanders, or if they are related to something else.
Traffic Monitors in TA-A7V Constellation Report Major Mobilization

Traffic monitors in the TA-A7V constellation are sounding the alarm after a major mobilization of warships from various hidden deadspace pockets throughout the constellation. The red-and-black liveried vessels are broadcasting IFF signals pledging allegiance to a âSovereign Duchy of Beseth Dunijiaâ and made their way to various smugglerâs stargates.
When asked for comment, a Sovereign Duchy representative said simply that the mobilization was part of âan ongoing attempt to address pressing strategic prioritiesâ. Neither NESN or the TA-A7V traffic monitors were able to identify the ultimate destination of the Duchy fleet, which included a heavily modified Drake hull; half a dozen modified Arbitrator cruisers; squadrons of destroyer and frigate escorts, and even a few industrials of various designs. In fact, preliminary telemetry analysis appears to indicate that the Duchy warships were split into several squadrons bound for different destinations in the Placid, Sinq Laison, and Verge Vendor regions.
United Neopian Federation Posts Major Sale of Industrial Haulers

At a press conference outside the Sovereign Duchy of Beseth Dunijiaâs embassy on the Jenara secondary platform of the UNF Orbital Ring, representatives from the Duchy and the United Neopian Federation announced the sale of a dozen âCoelacanthâ-class industrial transports. The âCoelacanthâ is an aging line of Neopian-designed transports, which have largely been supplanted by their more modern, blockade runner cousin, the âBelugaâ.
This is not the first time that the UNF has sold ships to the Duchy. The UNF has sold the Duchy squadrons of near-orbit interceptors, atmospheric gunships, and a pair of âZiprayâ-class cruisers. The most notable transaction between the UNF and the Duchy, however, was the sale of a âGwennanâ battle-barge and an orbital drydock in late YC125.
However, unlike previous deals between the UNF and the Duchy, it appears that this most recent deal was very last-minute, with the Duchy reportedly paying a major premium for the ships. In addition, it appears that the deal was so last-minute that the Duchy will have to assume all responsibility for decontaminating the newly acquired Coelacanths. In general, any vessel that has been used by a Neopian crew for any significant period of time will have environmental systems laced with potent pheromones laced with biochemicals. While the UNF typically provides resources to assist in decontaminating vessels they have sold to a client, it appears that this deal was inked so quickly that the UNF was either unable or unwilling to devote the resources to help decon the acquired ships. As such, the burden of the resource and time intensive endeavor falls entirely on the Duchy. Combined with the premium paid for the rush order by the Duchy, the price per ship that the Duchy is paying is fast approaching the price per hull of the more advanced Beluga blockade runner, raising the question of why the Duchy did not opt to simply purchase blockade runners instead.
While the Duchy did not comment on how they intend to use the vessels, at least one âCoelacanthâ has already been spotted departing a Duchy naval outpost for parts unknown. It is unclear if the Duchy has the resources and expertise to decontaminate a Neopian vessel this quickly, or if they are employing a crew that is either unaffected by the Neopian bio-chemicals or fully willing to accept the effects of exposure. However, combined with the reports of a major Duchy mobilization, one is left to wonder what are the motivations of the Sovereign Duchy of Beseth Dunijia, who have until today been extremely quiet since their Tidebreak-assisted migration to Syndicate from Venal.

Intaki police have issued yet another bulletin warning prospective cybernetics users of the risks of purchasing cybernetics from black, or even gray, market dealers. As we and other news channels have previously reported, there has recently been a rise in deaths attributed to malfunctioning or even non-functional implants. According to Intaki police, they are tracking multiple potential sources of defective implants, though they have recently made a break in one of their investigations.
As part of his daily Crime Report press conference, Intaki police chief Shastan Grilfe reported that his department had executed a dozen raids across three districts, seizing contraband and arresting numerous suspects. Court records indicate that thirteen suspects have been charged thus far, though video of a perp walk obtained by NESN from an Intaki stringer shows at least fifteen suspects being escorted from a transport van into a police precinct. Chief Grilfe was tight-lipped on the details of the seizure, though he did reveal that the seized items included ISK and planetary currency, weapons, and eight storage containers of cybernetics. According to Chief Grilfe, most of the implants recovered appear to have been extracted from a previous user, in some cases still having microscopic traces of blood, but were packaged as if they were fresh from the factory floor. While Chief Grilfe was unable to definitely answer if this gang was responsible for any of the recent deaths, he promised that his department was thoroughly investigating every case of death or bodily injury from a malfunctioning implant. He also warned prospective cybernetics users to thoroughly research their local clinics, to only purchase cybernetics from well-reputed dealers, and to request copies of all the paperwork, especially the import licenses and factory certifications, for the cybernetics they are purchasing.

The invasion began at approximately 00:30 NEST, when Taayusakaâs Gwennan-class warbarge jumped into low geostationary orbit above the city of Lamien. Within moments of arrival, the vessel opened fire on targets across the metropolitan region.
The initial bombardment reportedly focused on anti-orbital batteries, anti-air defense systems, and major power generation infrastructure. Passing through The Academy in X-7OMU, I overheard several Sisters of EVE researchers discussing an Amarrian scientist who reportedly managed to artificially trigger a V928 emergence into Sanctified Vidette from Curse using modified Drifter-adapted Sleeper convertors.
The atmosphere inside the station changed afterward, access to several internal docking sections has apparently been restricted, and some areas of the station are now operating under limited clearance protocols. A few pilots waiting for repairs were even redirected away from hangars usually open to capsuleers.
Strange timing considering everything happening lately around Drifter space and the fractured gates.

BREAKING: Amarr Fleet Attacks Hulmate System
Earlier this morning, at roughly 14:00 standard time, a fleet of roughly 20 Amarrian frigates headed by 3 Arbitrator-class cruisers appeared in an unknown point in the vicinity of Hulmate I. They went on a relatively unnoticed spree of destruction for roughly an hour, culminating in an attack on the Bank of Luminaire office in the system in which one of the Arbitrators, named the AFN Rayilsiye, rammed into the heating module of the station. The damage was quickly repaired, and no damage is currently visible from the outside. An estimated 70 million ISK worth of damage was done by the fleet before they fled to the lowsec Sinq Laison-Domain border and were killed by a Gallente fleet in the border system of Esmes.
The raid could have long-term effects on the local economy. Though no damage is visible from the outside, much of the Bank of Luminaire depository in the system is uninhabitable, and officials have halted all activities for at least a week. Billions have been effected, as the bank contains an estimated 41.3% of all cash in the south Essence area.
Also, later inspection revealed that much of the ice belts in the system have been made too dangerous to mine in. Though capsuleers only see sporadic appearances of ice belts, the Hulmate ice environment encompasses a wide network of ice formations especially in the outer reaches of the system. These belts are owned by the Federation, meaning capsuleers do not see it in their Neocom as a mineable belt. For these reasons, it provides 61.2% of the supply of Blue Ice to corporate communities in Genesis and Essence. Even with the incident likely to be resolved in the coming weeks, shortages have already began in many of the more remote areas of the regions - one location, the Sisters of Eve settlements in Apanake, has already reported economic crisis.
Reaction by the Gallente Federation has been minimal outside of Essence. The Arnon branch of the Sisters of Eve, the third largest in the organization, has denounced the act and began sending relief to Hulmate residence. For the Amarrâs part, the Ardishapur family has vehemently denied the act and offered condolences, as well as the Sarum family, which has sent 10 million ISK in aid to the Bank of Luminaire. An investigation from the Ministry of Internal Order notes that roughly 20 minutes before the first sighting of the fleet, a set of ships labelled only by the name Amarr Operations, seemingly a shell corporation, vanished in the system of Armala in Domain. Analysts suspect the fleet travelled through a wormhole to Hulmate.
