Considering you were talking about transport and accommodation for fanfest, but of a step down, no? (How do you work out the cost of a ticket ccp don’t charge for?)

CCP don’t “pay” for this though, which has been your whole complaint.

The CSM dont pay for them, like every other player does.
The “free pass” is also lost revenue.

I honestly can’t answer the question.

I don’t have access to CCPs financial records. I don’t know how much the flights or hotels cost, because I’ve never had to deal with the money for them. CCP books and pays.

Which you should have known, if you thought about it for five minutes.

Make an estimate.

I can generate an estimate of how much it would have cost CCP if I had attended X Summits for Y days over Z years, or gotten in without paying to get into W Fanfests.

I can also add to that 1yrs worth of Omega sub.

I can check current flight costs from my location to Iceland, and the cost of accomodation with full board in the hotel CCP hosts its CSM in.

Fansite owners are not democratically elected members with direct access to CCP.

I think they should pay for entry, like any other player.

As for the hotel, it changes summit to summit, and they block book a fair time in advance. Which makes it very hard to judge how much they actually pay for it. But that’s business for you. There’s a reason I say I can’t answer the question.

Which hotels have CSM been hosted in for the duration you have been CSM?

As I’ve been on the CSM as long as I have, it’s been a fair number.

An airbnb one time (There was a crossover period where the bookings were problematic)

There’s been some duplication between years.

Of course, judging the CSM on my costs may be unfair. I have very low flight costs, for example. (and you really should judge year to year, rather than based on my duration. Just because a member changes, doesn’t reset costs.

Nobody will be dictating to CSM.
I will simply represent players that support my platform, to CCP and the CSM.

What CCP does, is up to them.
