What happened to anoms? They are gone … not reduced while they were suppose to increase … GONE. SOme hot fix maybe?

Sure, now the combat sites are spawning all over the place… I wish I’d known there was a “Part II” to this event as I’d have kept doing the mining sites last week… And the mining sites don’t appear to be spawning at anywhere near the same rate - I’ve only seen two (2) in the last 4 hours.

Today - after server reset 99% of relic sites in null-sec spawn as your great “event” sites. Medium worth is 4/5 mil / site. As explorer nerd i know there’s something like “bad” or “good” RNG, but not in this case. Today was my work-free day and after circa - 300 systems i found 3 “normal” pirate relic sites (in 2 my usual daily-trip regions - which i farm regulary in 6 months). I have 15 bil in pure explore assets and i gladly wait for sky-rocket prices because now CCP basicly switched off regular sites. I hope this is only event mechanic and not some cool new “opportunity” for players and great carier how to play the game because my fun with explore is something like 2/10 now.

This means something different than you think it did, maybe read the patch notes slower

Most fun I’ve had this event: running circles around a triple Gila multiboxer in 4 of the combat sites with my Kronos. Players like this that completely and totally abuse these events really irk me…

took me 30 minutes to find an open combat site. and i was using Eve dotland with how many jumps in the past hour.
This event is not fun, CCP has missed it’s mark.

And yet I did 4 sleeper forges a few jumps away from Dodixie. CCP did buff sites spawning greatly.

I’ve lost two sites to “better” players in the last day. Stuff happens.
On the other hand last time it was Vargur with faction Hammerheads. I’ve left the site before we reached Battleship. Let him have fun with small fast targets 
It looks like he was satisfied: next two sites was my without any competition.

gotta give credit were due, CCP are great trolls.
scanned like 15 systems with zero activity on the map, zero event relic sites.
on the bright side it saves me time by not wanting to play this terrible game for the rest of the day.

On the plus side, I did get one (1) Drifter plugsuit drop - so if I sell it I’ll probably end up breaking close to even on this event…

This has been EVERY ‘event’ in-game for the last few years. CCP thinks its fun to travel 20 jumps, even to where nobody should be, only to finally find a single event site… already 85% completed by someone else. They think we are all just gonna fight it out for the BS loot, creating destruction.. No, we just want to participate in what should be a celebration, an event set apart from daily Eve Online BS. I could just do Lvl 4s from the same agent all day long, knowing I don’t have to travel endlessly for hours to find a single occupied site, and its always in the same system and I will get my 10-30 Million ISK as well as loot per site.
Events have become the most tedious, boring part of the game since they started making sites ridiculously scarce. Nobody is celebrating this crap.
CCP, not everyone wants to eat fermented shark and skyr.
Referring mostly to Event Combat sites.

I agree, haven’t seen one event relic site in my system since downtime today… It’s unusual

One thing that should be noted is that the more sites there are - the more players login to compete for them. Not only that, but if the loot is halfway decent - you get players actively stealing loot, going suspect and creating combat opportunities. I haven’t seen that once this entire event.

I found 1 relic site out of 24 jumps. I do these out in the boonies.
Done with this nonsense.

Yeah i was farming them about 12 jumps from jita with ease, the issue is people don’t want to have to travel and/or suck at the hacking minigame
You’re really not listening. EVERYONE is traveling and can’t find the sites.
