thats part of what im talking about. the agency is a steaming pos and yet someone in ccp decided it was a great idea to get rid of the journal or agent finder which both worked perfectly and stick those services into a tab that is inherently broken.
no one asked for this agency tab, no one wants it now. yet some clueless top end dev decided its going to be “fetch” and they want to make “fetch” happen.
and the loot you get inside? besides the accelerators and other agency rewards? does that not amount to anything?
Although I only see the extended +10s on the agency window I can see regular +10s and +12s on the market tab, so they must come from somewhere.
I remember when this event was advertised (which I cant find now) that they said a one time abyssal shield booster would be available, yet its no where on the rewards.
The question is are all these things just random drops in loot?
Hey there people, last night i tried to complete the Event, i could not find it in agency pop up. I click on reward I cannot see the progress bar. like the rest of the events. Is it because i am in a WH when i am cheeking. Thanks
Ok, so the clicking for rewards? I preferred the message spam. It’s now possible to miss rewards because… you’re busy flying.
(also, there’s a bit of lag when opening the Agency, so opening it in combat can be bad).
Why was this extra step added?
Sounds like people aren’t happy.
Maybe put up a Triglavian defense fleet that needs to be taken down prior to entering the Abyssal site itself where the timer would still run. Add some slightly better rewards and the tear spigot shuts off.
I think…or at least I hope CCP is creating a ramp up to the next event involving Abyssal sites that will generate more pieces of the puzzle to who and where the Triglavian come from by allowing Capsuleers to leave the Triglavian grid and explore what is in the abyss using special a special probe created from salvaged Triglavian wrecks components.

otherwise, I find it … not good that the event completion needs us to click. eg when I clic validate after killing 20 rats, the later I do it the more “kills” for next step I lose.

In order to create a more lively and profitable Abyssal event and Abyssal space in general, CCP should release mutated modules that are high end rolls. Nothing that is negative. Releasing high end rolled mutated modules will definitely draw more Capsuleers into the…Abyss.
The Abyss needs fertile egg shells from the Capsuleer filled with gooing and oozing Capsuleer bio to continue its growth…

The Agency mails from when I entered the site to when I successfully completed it are less than 20 minutes apart. How can this be?
Event is completely bugged for me, doesn’t even show up in The Agency any more. Relogging, clearing cache, reinstalling … nothing has fixed it.
Ran a couple of Abyssals yesterday to get at least 50 points. Had some bugs and constant 5 sec freeze when opening Agency. Event is kinda boring, there is no player interaction and the bugs make me sad. Looks like the future of eve is doomed with this kind of quality of releases =(

What’s the point of loosing time stuffing Triglavian Survey Data into the “eggs” in Abyssal space?
Opened almost 300 Triglavian Cache Data Vaults and nothing useful dropped.
And I’m doing 4-5 tier sites! Also have to mention, that before this “event” (shame) loot in 4-5 tier sites was better. Got ZERO high-grade multaplasmids from the start of the event. Only crap – survey data and some isogen-10.
The only good thing about this event – you will not be flagged suspect doing 4-5 tier. That’s it. But crappy loot makes this benefit worthless.
I would assume the loot is supposed to be increased by means of accelerators or the new multiplasmids.
That’s an assumption, I could be wrong, I hope you are getting something.
Opening those Datastreams is giving me serious RSI. Please find another way for that CCP, like opening and unpacking the whole stack at once.
Also, Delve in to the Abyss gives you 10 > 20 > 30 > 40 > 50(?) points? I wouldn’t know, because I only run op to T3’s. Which means I can’t do that part again until it’s been reset tot part 1, which only seems to happen once every 24 hours. That’s just stupid and discrimatory towards newer (or poorer) players. You should be able to cancel that part if you can’t or don’t want to do it, so you can start over with part 1.

Well this event is better in some way. I mean the market won’t be flooded by accelerators and now they are really rare and valuable. Mb ppl just got used to the fact that accelerators are rly easy to get. Still some additional exceptional loot could be added, or at least special progress prises with multiplasmids.
Also, as there’s no way I’m gonna enter the chaotic filament abyss one of my mission chain progress is frozen at this mission. If anyone finished chaotic mission and site - what’s the next step? The whole chain is reset, and you can run lvl 1-2-3-4 once again and get prises for those(prototype accs), or it’s 100 points chaotic forever?
What i rly don’t like is that i need to confirm points on each mission when it ends. The most annoying are missions where you need to finish some exact abyss pocket. If you have a mission to finish first, you need not just to finish it, but also open agancy window, confirm you’ve dun it, or you won’t be able to complete the mission of completing second pocket. And so on. This is really uncool.
