Is that a threat? It is telling that you feel insulted, incisive points hit hard.
Appeals to authority to protect your misbegotten ideology is all you’ve got. So, fight, damn yer eyes.
No, it’s not. Being called a degenerate is generally insulting. What’s telling is that attacking people is your go-to argument.
That tends to happen when your go-to argument is telling people “your opinion is wrong” with no argument, which is also insulting.
If you catch, neuter, and release every wolf, in a few years there won’t be any wolves anymore. And a few years after that, no grass either.
Also, they quickly sort themselves out without interference.
@Sentenced_1989 can not envision a world without it.
That’s not what happened, but if it makes you feel better I’m sorry you took that to heart.
Tethering is disabled but docking is allowed only with pods… interesting.
If I undock in my ganking ship, now I should consider my ship lost since I can not redock and I can not eject from it because of FacPo.
I like to dunk stratios, orthus, marauders… but they like to burn/warp away and they are hard targets to get, therefore if I lose the target, I am going to lose my ship because I can not redock again but in a pod.
As consequence gankers are going to dunk static targets which ensures death by Concord and it guarantees ganking success, and which are these targets?.. ventures, retrievers, hulks… the younger the better.
Is there any real ganker in the CSM explaining to CCP the obvious consequences of these mechanics?
So as a new player, why should we hold your opinion on EVE credible?
^^^ that ^^^
Damn that sounds good.
I thought the point was that blood raiders secretly dock in Amarr and other systems. How else are the 1.0 systems rife with NPC pirates and missions to eliminate them? It’s a whole dystopian future with tons of underground societies, not some pop polished sci-fi futurism utopia where pirates stand in their designated spot and empires stand in theirs like orderly boys and girls.
You can’t insult an opinion.
Exactly, so you and I are left wondering why Defi Natalie is so upset her opinion was called degenerate and passive.
All the NPC pirates have various outposts and stations for forward deployments. Outposts and stations that the empires do nothing about with the exception of sending capsuleers to destroy them through agent missions.
So the NPCs do absolutely nothing about NPC pirates, and send players to fight them instead. Yet the carebears think that it would be a valid role-play reason to have NPCs go after player stations, and not expect players to do anything about them themselves whatsoever.
Because an opinion can’t be degenerate and passive, only the person can.
So you are actually insulting the person.
While an opinion can be wrong, stupid, absurd, …
So claiming “you are wrong is an insult”, is stupid.
While claiming “your opinion has degenerate passivity”, is an insult.
Wrong
Then what do you see as the premise of the game ? The one thing that is common to all those who complain about the state of the game is they can never say what thrilling goal for noobs is going to be advertised. You think 'come and watch a mining laser as you mine 1.2 trillion tons of Veldspar ’ is going to make new people flood in ?
Just because he does not provide another one, does not mean that yours is good.
Just to be clear my intent for the use of the word degenerate is option two: -
degenerate ~ noun
- a person whose behavior deviates from what is acceptable especially in sexual behavior
degenerate ~ verb -
grow worse
Her condition deteriorated; Conditions in the slums degenerated; The discussion devolved into a shouting match
degenerate ~ adj - unrestrained by convention or morality
Congreve draws a debauched aristocratic society; deplorably dissipated and degraded; riotous living; fast women
and it’s still an insult.
The actual terms you used was
