But, all of the materials may not be in your region, in the future. Players not needing to travel to purchase or … take over, the resources of another region is perhaps partly responsible for some of the stagnation in null.

Right now the system is too static. Players have become too self-sufficient, originally we had asymmetric resource distribution, then we changed it to symmetric distribution.
