MAYBE we just need a BIG project to build a stargate that we can tie to faction warfare into jove space… well one of those things happened… and gallente failed hard sooo do we really trust them to not get drunk of Quafe on access to jove space…
but maybe we can tie this all into a arms race…

Armarr go for Trigalvian Tech - (access to Explosive damage)
Caldari go for Edencom Tech - (access to EM damage)
Minmatar go for “Improved” Trig tech that learns how to Rust and use Duct tape
It’s not exactly PG content so would never really crossover with Eve. It’s a bizarre mish-mash of Tolkienesque type races on an alter Earth overseen by insectoid aliens ( effectively the Xindi from Star Trek )…but all of that is merely an excuse for the…erm…‘not PG’ content. There’s no way CCP would ever do a crossover with it.
A far better crossover would be The Expanse. One could even envisage that the Eve Gate is one of the alien portals from the ring. When I was watching The Expanse I kept thinking how like a prototype of the Eve universe it is.
Not sure how many EVE players know about these things but personally as a long time HL fan since the first game I would enjoy it.
Also after relic analyzing the Borealis and maybe some other investigatory stuff players could unlock a portal leading to the Combine Dyson sphere for some pew pew action and whatever, which could be a new temporary system so any capsuleer that ends up there can meet the other capsuleers and either cooperate or hunt others.
That leaves room for a Jovian crossover, or rather a non-crossover.
What has EVE done with that race? Seems to me they were mere furniture even before their gate got shut down.
