The importance is that he incessantly spams the forums with demands to make the game easier, teaches newbies utterly wrong things about how EVE works, and then spams inane “LOL U MAD” posts in response to any criticism of his terrible ideas. If he’d just shut up and be a bad CEO nobody would really care.
