Hello, since when is t5 abyss loot nerfed?

I just did 5 t5 abyss and my loot( looting all side nodes) was in total 110 mil.

I paid 98mil for 5 keys. 1.5hours of doing it, 8mil in drugs, about 5mil in ammo, lost one mutated drone( about 250mil) and all I get for it is NOTHING?

Ganking loot is garbage, abyss loot is garbage, mission loot is garbage- WHAT IS GOING ON? Is this why I pay 20 euros per month?

Is eve TRYING to lose players?

Because after this experience I am not willing to pay 20 euros ever again.

WHY is loot like this acceptable to other players?

IT SHOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE to get MINUS isk from doing abyss. I mean WTF?

I am reading here about people getting billions and trillions- OK…where are MY BILLIONS and TRILLIONS?

Ship I bought for this was 650 mil, pod is like 2 bil- and THIS is what I can expect from high end abyss???

I poured countless XP to hurry up skilling grind, and all for this?

Since CCP realised the Character farmers were able to plex their accounts and new accounts without spending any real money, so the duty of keeping eve alive falls to people who don’t and buy subscriptions

Complaints about RNG are as old as gaming itself.

Do you have any indication the low rewards are indeed the result of a ‘loot nerf’ and not a small streak of bad luck?

I would tell you what you are, and be fine with it.

But you wont learn anything.

So instead I will tell you that i am on knifes edge with my skills to even do T5 abyss.

Not all of us are “masters of game” or someone that play game 24/7.

And more to it, it takes MUCH MORE skill on MY part then you have, playing abyss.

For example, my gila is mastery level 3 complete, with drone skills in level 4. So, when you say “git gut” you are actually referring to yourself.

Otherwise try to do t5 abyss with my skills and show us what happens.

People are also known to exaggerate and embellish their situation. You’re not gonna make trillions out of running Abyssals, you should dump that hope immediately if it ever was serious.

A couple of bill is doable, but you have to run them a LOT. And you have to be into that kind of repetitive no-brain-involvement game play not to get bored while doing so.

EVE is a game. It’s not a job. If you treat it like it’s a job, where you expect to get paid for your temporal input, then these types of forum posts are gonna be the result.

Citing completed mastery levels is rather showing some newbness…as those levels are irrelevant at best, counterproductive at worst. They were introduced very late in the game and don’t make complete sense. Merely an indication if you are complete out of knowledge of game mechanics. You should not stop to think yourself and follow those levels step by step blindly. Advancing other skills beyond that current level makes perfect sense. Even to level 5.

My point was that he would struggle with these skills in T5.

Probably even lose whole ship, not just a drone.

But again…my original point was that IT SHOULD NOT be possible to get minus 3 mil of loot after T5 abyss.

You guys obviuosly enjoy loot that do not pay for basic ammo you are spending.

So, that is OK, I guess- i just require something more, like much more.

I just yesterday canceled my 6 subscriptions. As I can see I have enough plex for about a year of time for one char( lol, I wrote I had gold for all 6 of them).

Will see if I will do that or cut on alts.

Or just take a hit, sell my alts and leave only two or three.In case if I just leave the game.

Even maxed skilled characters in 10b+ fits in T6 can get low loot rolls. If you cant accept it feel free to leave, I doubt anybody here would help you

Exactly this! I was about to point it out myself. How much a player spends on the equipment like drones and ammo is his call. Sure, at the end it will factor into the profitability math, but then if the profits are consistently in the negative, the logical consequence is to downgrade your equipment to something cheaper.
