Given the additional standing losses for blue on blue, what do you envisage players do to the seagull once they can’t warp away with 2/3rds of the product of everyone’s time?
Kill them, when they loot they get a suspect timer and are a valid target and do not get a standings hit.

I don’t know if that is what you’d like, but there is a command on sisi to boost your standing to 10.0 with all factions. Do it while docked in a station and it also gives you 10 to the corporations and agents inside that station.

Translation: Allows Battlecruisers and seagulls to enter
Hauler wrecks have a 5km warp disruption radius around them which prevents warping, making them dangerous to ninja loot for seagulls
Seagulling happens because there’s a penalty for killing them. Changing the loot to item drops will make it hard for most groups to share loot fairly, turning Battlefields into something only multiboxers can do effectively.

Because player factions batte elsewhere, like in null.
Faction warfare is about fighting for NPC factions. Either you join one directly or you join a player corp that joined an NPC faction.
The singularity is currently not accepting connections.
Does FC have no sense of time? What time is it now?
The world is just a makeshift show troupe.
