Thank you for contacting the EVE OnlinePlayer Experience Team,
I understand that you are having trouble accessing the Singularity test server following a password change on your Tranquility account and are looking for a password reset link.
Please be aware that the Singularity test server is a separate environment provided “as is” for testing purposes. Because it is managed by our Quality Assurance team rather than the standard Player Support department, we do not have the tools or the ability to manually reset passwords or send password reset links for that server.
The reason you are likely encountering this issue is due to the “Mirror” mechanic. Singularity uses a snapshot of the Tranquility database taken at a specific point in time. If you have changed your password on Tranquility since the last mirror was performed, the test server will not recognize your new credentials.
To resolve this, please try the following:
- Use your previous password: Attempt to log in using the password you were using on Tranquility before your most recent change.
- Check the Forums: If you still cannot gain access, you will need to post a request in the official “Singularity: Requests for account reactivation” thread located in the Test Server Feedback section of the EVE Online forums. The developers who manage the test server monitor that thread to assist with access issues.
Best Regards,
GM Sunless
