Generally new generations doesn’t bother , neither they are capable to grab the idea because they are intensively emposed these kind of things in other games and they already decentivised…

Honestly, if such offers were made to active omega accounts it would be far worse. As it is, these offers seem to go out to dormant omega accounts, to catch up on “lost subscription time”. And as others have pointed out, the “deal” is really not that favorable, but more like a financial punishment for not being active - if you accept the “deal”.
For instance, 12.96M sp for 285.99, just do the math with the average sp generated per year (hint: it’s far more than 13M, not even counting the daylies …) and the cheapest way of subbing for a year (hint: it’s far less than 285.99). Indeed, if you would compare it to using skill injectors, it would be a different story. But it isn’t. I totally agree with @Brisc_Rubal (whom we should thank for sticking his neck out yet again, here and with ccp !..): This is not an offer you can’t refuse.
Even more so, if you don’t have a valid reason to immediately get those sp at that bloated price, perhaps your vanity is worth the extra cost. As usual, more ships in space is good for the game. They make nice explosions and give the indy and trade guys something to do. Up to you, really, if you think more sp make you a better player - some of us know the odds on that one…
Someone asks me why I put up with being a CSM member.
