I don’t see how anyone would buy this. The “deal” is outright terrible and such emails are practically anti-advertisement for the game. Just the pricetag alone induces recoil.
The only silver lining here is that CCP aren’t undercutting the players who are legitimately selling their SPs through the player market, so this item shouldn’t damage the game economy by itself.
Between this and that $70 bucks monocle, I’m starting to think Pearl Abyss would actually do a much more reasonable job on this front.
I find it strange that CCP would only send out Emails to some accounts and not all accounts, also strange that all these Resurgence offers players are receiving have different SP amounts and money cost.
Now that’s both funny and sad, all at the same time. Definitely makes CCP look like a bunch of amateurs, totally unprofessional…
I am probably gonna catch some hate for this but the deal seems great for characters over 80M SP.
Not everyone wants to create another alt to train something (like edencom) and I for one would take it for the 6month sub lapse i had earlier this year. Too bad i’m currently subbed.
It’s about getting players that used to be active to buy sp and maybe come back. If a player is already active the bot doesn’t generate an offer.

However, time and time again CCP has proven there is no logic to their madness…
That, among other things.
I haven’t attacked anybody, and I haven’t suggested anybody bow to anyone else. I’ve explained why complaining about this is pointless, and you used that to suggest that I’m a “scumbag” in the game, as you claim I am in real life, and then egged on another guy who made a death threat.
How any of you guys think this kind of behavior is okay is beyond me.

Pointing out that you belive everyone else should just quietly accept predatory business practices isn’t something unjustified.

I don’t see any death threat in this thread. It is possible I was not paying enough attention but, without it, seems you are making a drama about your opinion not getting the reverence you expected.

I do not care if people disagree with me. I don’t expect reverence or any of that nonsense. What I do wish is that we could simply have a conversation without it constantly devolving into this kind of thing.
People disagree, there’s no reason to impugn somebody’s motives or call them names because they disagree with you.
You have nothing against me, but chose to fake a quote that doesn’t represent anything I’ve actually said. Funny way of showing it.

Why would you even want to be on CSM. They make all your personal info public and available for everyone to track you down, you get crapped on nonstop, and ccp won’t listen to you anyhow.
