my character has been based in a wormhole for the past 3 years.

Every day i have played EVE, there are approx 4 to 6 combat sites

How, for 3 years of gameplay you still can’t understand spawning mechanic in WH?

Event is not a problem. Lack of gameplay understanding is your issue.
