Iā€™m sure that blindly farming isk and scooping up injectors is much more efficient than exploiting this event. Problem solved.

Even in the case of invention. You had to run missions to get your standing up to 5.0 with whatever NPC corp agent you are getting your datacores from, and in the process of doing so, risked getting blown up by another player looking to gank mission runners. So yes, even inventionā€¦
