I can’t contradict you …, I was even surprised to find out today that both systems of skin delivery were used .

This is simply strange, but the reason to avoid the creation of alpha toon just for this purpose could be valid.

The system that bind the reward to the account exists already, the example of the daily SP reward …
So in the coding part, it should’nt have taken much ressources.

The missing skins were successfully applied during DT fix per CCP comments.

Can confirm that the direct redeeming now works from character (redeeming after character selection).

Can confirm regular skin redeeming works as normal (as it did before automatic skin redemption)

Thanks CCP… I know there can be “tough” customers with salty remarks … it’s all out of love… haha…

I think i was missed I have not got any of the Skinns and I might of Mislabeled my tickets

No need to create a new one, you can just add more info to your existing Support Ticket.

You can log into your account and check the status of your Support Tickets to see if they’re open or closed, if the one about skins is still open then you can update it with more correspondence, that won’t create a new ticket.

If it’s closed then there should be a reply included with it.

as of 20 Minutes ago all are still open

Hi Dopamine. I wanted to inform you of a secondary bug created from the original skin bug a couple weeks back that you were actively helping with on this thread. (Skin and support box). Let me set the scene so you understand: So every time there is a new gift now, all those that logged in before the bug-fix have a different character-selection screen (i.e. we don’t have the redeem icons button on the character selection screen - the one you see before you click your toon and enter the game). This seems to be permanent, as now, the new 150k skill-point reward works the same way (those who logged on before the bug-fix, don’t have the redeem icons button on the character selection screen, but those who didn’t logon before the bug-fix do have this button). That’s not “too big” of an issue, as you can just redeem the items when you are in game for those who were affected by the initial bug.

However, whatever you guys have done with this bug fix has now permanently set this “different view” for all the new rewards. In addition to this those who logged in before the bug-fix, now are getting less skill points from the reward screen (from the new 150k skill-point reward), than those who did not login before the bug fix was implemented. On my account that experienced the bug before it was patched, i have 36k/150k skill-points on the bar. On my alt that only logged in after the patch was released, i have 37,500/150k skill-points on the bar. I login to both accounts every day for long periods, so I know 100% that i didn’t miss any days to claim the rewards. So I believe this is a related bug to the original problem.
