I would like to see the Eve ship skin equivalent of a farmer’s ratty old pickup truck a decade after the odometer broke at 200k. Something with rust, dents, bullet holes, duct tape holding its space bumpers and wings on and eve-themed bumper stickers.

There’s also the rust-bucket skin line, In Rust We Trust, available on some Minmatar hulls. Comes with faded paint and plenty of rust, as well as large chunks missing from several armour panels.

You can do this yourself with SKINR. It may take some time, but I’ve included a link, below, to a post I made in my sales thread, describing a skin I made for a client.
I could not manage a bumper sticker, 
But, aging a ship is doable.
Should be post 8.

Hardly available anymore though, unfortunately. Hasn’t been released in years.
Depending on what you are actually looking for: don’t clean your ships. Use them, fly them, they will get grubby and worn looking over time.
Most of the Minmatar ships look like they are from the Mad Max/Road Warrior type of post apocalypse movies. Two of the Minmatar ships look like the precursors to the X-wing and Tie Fighter from Star Wars. It was so sad to see the Naboo ships in episode one. They were all sleek and chrome, they made the X-wings look bad. I would have expected to see a metal rusted box with duct tape on the wing, but George had other ideas.
If you want holes and such in your ships, just don’t repair them between battles.
