I didnt say isk. You said it was annoying and time consuming to replace those losses. There are plenty of ways to mitigate that, and ship choice is one of them.
Or pay in 10% to receive new ship with all modules?

That “value” is subjective.
The goal of insurance is not to make you able to keep doing the same thing without a cost.
It is, to be able to reduce the cost of losing your ship, at a cost in case you don’t lose your ship ; without being subject to abuses.
You should NOT pay insurance unless you intend to lose your ship.
I see the discussion has devolved into:
“I’m afraid of loss.”
“New players are probably afraid of loss too.”
“Instead of making players less afraid of less, let’s reimburse them for each loss.”
Garbage in, garbage out.
The discussion should have stayed on how to make players okay with losing ships. Not “how should we pamper players each time they lose a ship.”

It is not pampering, it is “I am afraid, can I pay to recover?” “I am not afraid I will be ok” or “No need I know how to play and win!”

Well I remembered how it felt when all the training to fly the ship,and all the modules were not properly trained and then I lost the ship, Think I am om my 5th one already! Thought it was a great idea one day to run an emerging conduit with it, poof!
Unrelated. They are working as intended.
emerging conduits are not something you can do with an half assed fit.
The good thing though is that you can leave fast, by simply warping out.
