Well you dont need 4k isk of stuff then. Just trash it where it lays
then fly it by yourself 
its that easy
but dont “create” an 100% sure and instant NPC hauling service because you are to lazy

if you need 20 min to haul this little ■■■■ 1 jump then you didnt qualifyed to discuss a hauling mechanic
At this point the lazy person are the ones that refuse to give this idea a thought and just knee-jerk response with response that has been explained and demonstrated to be wrong already

Or let me pay a couple hundred ISK in this case to consolidate it with other stuff near by so it starts to make sense to haul it further myself or pay another player to do it.
Or even better use it to set up new supply chains or improve existing ones
why should it automatic spawn everything in one station if you spread it over stations in a system ?
move it by yourself or pay for a player service because everything in eve is done by player
