Someone stole my ship

Where do you mine at? My corp and I stole someone’s Orca the other day and we need mining ships to go along with it so we can create an industrial empire and build all the things.

I did this once to a guy using an Orca and a Hulk. I sat in the Orca for 10 minutes, silently, whilst he afk mined.

As if that wasn’t funny enough, when he ejected from the Hulk and couldn’t board the Orca he struck up a conversation in local with a corpmate questioning why.

I advised him in local to raise a ticket, which he duly did and got back in the Hulk and took it to the station, continuing to chat in local with myself and others before logging.

Wish I’d recorded it.

I think I’ve been part of at least 5 capital-thefts in W-space. People weren’t careful when they parked their dread or carrier and it had drifted to the edge of the bubble… Though the most memorable was a Chimera whose pilot was leaving it in a safespot to scan down the next wormhole in his buzzard. We ended up leaving( with his carrier) through the hole he had just scanned down and was about to enter through.

This is the sole reason I have SP invested into ships I never intend to fly.

Probably because it was a corvette.
I’d have given you a fine for littering.

You want to place a bounty on someone for teaching you a very important lesson in Eve? Go right ahead mate…go right ahead.

Most people wear their bounties with pride anyway. :skull_and_crossbones: :sunglasses:

I’m shocked and appalled that nobody has explained the situation to you yet, OP. Allow me.

What clearly happened was: the ship you so carelessly abandoned to the icy blackness of space was rescued by a concerned citizen, no doubt an effort to keep space clean and care for the wantonly discarded ship and non-capsuleer crew.

Surely the ship will be cared for in much finer fashion than you were capable of. This is in no way a failing on your part. You’re obviously busy and have a lot on your plate. You should be grateful that someone took time out of their busy schedule to relieve you of your burdens.

Rejoice! Justice has been served and all is well. Fly safely, capsuleer!

I tried that when I first orca and Mack, then I thought about putting it off grid, to save time going in station. The more I thought about it, but the more I thought, I said it’s not worth the risk.

What ship did u loose.
