Dual rep breacher best breacher. Really hard for new and intermediate players to fly, but an absolute heck of a good time.
I also use the dual web armor rage one.

Yep.
This is why militias should put alts in the opposing militia, to chase out the farmers in their militia out of the plexes like a toddler running at a bunch of pigeons in a park pathway.
They actually do this.
I’m aware, and it’s still not enough.
As destiny says, the hybrid “PvEvP” model with nice CCP-given objectives to fight over just attracts the same PvP adverse folks who min/max so that they just maximize PvE and minimize PvP. Even worse, it removes any initiative of player agency by CCP giving players “reasons” to fight instead of players organically coming up with their own reasons to shoot things.
So you get lazy players who don’t want to fight and don’t want to engage with the social aspect to come up with their own reasons to fight. Both old and new FW has this fundamental problem.
Joining FW lets you freely and “legally” (CONCORD wise) shoot and hunt half of these bears.
Hence, part of it is on other players to make their life hell. Which is why there’s a lot of boo-hoo crying in CalMil where you get called an “awoxer” for something as simple as telling people to plex as they damn please including when trying to bait fights and not make money, and ignore the guy trying to get people to plex in near-safety of only scouts and smalls. “He’s trying to make it dangerous he’s an awoxer!” 
As someone who flies with Awox himself that kind of accusation is completely meaningless

There’s a difference between actual awoxing (shooting blues) and encouraging people to go out there and pick fights. The problem is many people dont see the difference.
I get why you like the FW changes and think destiny is full of 
and in some sense I get it. FW is very fun now and people are engaged. but when you really take a step back and look at the big picture the underlying health of the game and mentality many players have destiny’s right. Many people’s engagement needs the helping hand of CCP to get them inspired with “PvE rewards” and package it in neat boxes of “PvEvP battlegrounds” to fit their modern-gaming-preconceptions, instead of encouraging players to build their own reasons and having systems that just naturally reward players for taking risks and developing their own sense of identity instead of pre-packaged “militia member” faux societal role.
I understand your own sense of identity is strongly tied to “militia member role” and I’m not saying you need a helping hand cultivating it. But for many other militia people they want a cookie cutter experience without having to put thought into it, press lever receive rewards like The Skinner box, “wow now I am militia”.

From the other side of the isle, I will say that @tutucox_Khamsi is spot on. The changes to faction Warfare have been improvements in my opinion. I am glad that CCP divided the pirate frigates in a different class than the t1 frigates and moved them up with the t2 frigates now. that makes more sense to me at least.
@Iceacid_Frostpacker if you like Mini frigates, try the dual rep breacher. The poor rifter has lost its top spot in the meta years ago. The dual rep breacher is a little fussy because you have to manage both shield and armor reps but that is half the fun. Of course, this may change if the navy destroyers can alpha a dual rep set up before you can recover. I guess time will tell.
For anyone that wanted to try Faction Warfare, or pvp in general, but was unsure about it, now is a great time. buy some cheap frigates and give it a try.

Yeah no dual rep fit can tank the destroyers, but that isn’t really the point. Any dual rep breacher will get dunked by a destroyer at is optimal range. I lose dual web dual rep Merlins to pulse Tormentors because I cannot rep hard enough (even permarunning heated with Hardshell I).
As for the awoxing, I have gotten shot at a few times (a poor breacher shot me as I entered on him with the name “Simple Farmer” and I dunked him XD), and I have even died a couple times, like when a vexor killed my Incursus.
However, farmers gonna farm, and these complexes require a lot of vigilance, and if you want to be annoying you can have a Firetail or something else fast and just chase them around so they can’t earn any money XD.
I think FW farmers are a balance, especially when considering all of the new players that the alpha-friendly moneymaking method can bring. Also, it exposes new players to lowsec, piracy, and combat with actual players. It is a good entry-level moneymaking method, and a good way for PVPers to earn money while they look for fights. I think it is a brilliant system.

maybe he is autocanons , let me take some distance , he was not, arty , got murdered , Ez
well … his ship is better than mine , let me use a coercer navy , i bet he will still be around , and now i will have good range
again on a small
cherry on the cake , the bling i looted will be enough to buy 2 more coercers navy … I’m done for the night very happy
btw he guy have 1700 kills solo and already killed 8 peeps today … super nice to get the best on a good pilot
