The streamer in question is Hateless and the “griefing” in question is ganking, bumping, and contesting his sites (all valid gameplay). You got pushed back hard and now you’re trying to wiggle out of it saying it’s not about Hateless and it’s about “harassment” (“threats”, “mails”) - none of which was mentioned by Hateless and all of which are already covered in the EULA and TOS.
