I need someone to answer my original question ASAP because now Iām getting messages calling me a murderer etc. and Iām not sure what to do now. 
If this were legit than no you would not be at fault ---- would it be CCPās fault is not my call but if they passed from a heart condition that extreme its likely it would have been natural
The people who are ganking are just trying to have fun the same as anyone which is why the line is targeted harassment

The answer should be this: collect all the evidence, make a ticket for possible harassment and have it looked at by ccp. You can also contact Broadcast4Help to find a way out of the confusion and hear some balanced opinions. Or shrug it off after 10 years as a typical eve story (which it may have been, and a very vicious mindgame at that).
P.S. itās impossible to say if you harassed those players of your story. If all that happened was (repeatedly) hunting them in hisec, that is not harassment, but legitimate gameplay within the established rules and setting. You know that.
P.S.2 in the worst hypothetical case, if that player really died from his condition through playing the game (a very hard thing to prove, and then he would have died from two factors and not one), there is still nothing (at least in your version) that points towards āculpabilityā. You were playing the game just like so many others, doing your RP, like so many others, within the rules and the setting of the game itself.
The OP is right you guys, slightly inconveniencing a streamer for a few minutes is just a step too far!

You know strange thing, Iāve never been griefed by a high sec miner ever never had abusive language thrown at me or had real threats made against me.
Which if as toxic as you say would happen .
On the other hand I am often abused in local chat by gankers I wonder why and whatās the trigger here.
(by the way I donāt personally have a problem with any interaction I have had from gankers, others in corp are often shocked when they 1st see it )

Probably because you donāt engage miners in pvp. I imagine if you did you would get the same reaction Aiko does. Thatās not really an argument. You can see the screenshots of the stuff people say to her, itās wild.

Do you feel its unusually toxic or is it just casual insults abuses etc?
I am finding lots more people who have this experience in common who feel its just getting beyond being any type of fun for anyone
Not even ganker or miner specific but all over the shop & none of us should be forced to deal with it
Not saying itās right what they say but her action trigger it, as mine trigger gankers. Itās not one group or the other.
I accept the consequences of my actions and some gankers that started out very toxic and aggressive to me I have got to know quite well and we both have found out each other are ok in the end

I once jumped a completely unfitted dread live 26 jumps straight with a catchy title and noone even tried.
Many followed in frigates and that was when login numbers were way higher than they are now.
