People in difficult situations don’t throw money or time on video games
Why aren’t you helping them directly?
There are different situations. Do not judge all by patterns. I know people who are retired and cannot work. And for them, video games are a way of life. But they may find themselves in a difficult situation for reasons beyond their control. For example, their children lost their jobs. And how can these people help them and themselves?
I guess they are done with the fact Russians pay less than a lot of other customers.
If that is how you feel about it, then it sucks to be you. Your know just as I do that is not the reason.
Very few and far in between.
Conclusion: welcome to capitalism. Perhaps Russia should have remained a “communist” country.

Give me one acceptable reason why a commercial company have lower prices for the players from one country and higher for another?

Because people from not rich countrires will be play it. It’s better than nothing. It’s capitalism.
If a person is struggling them it is irresponsible for them to be paying for games…that is their only concern…
And it is capitalism that is raising your prices. Can’t have it both ways my friend.
