There was no corona before corona. I imagine many new players recently (trying EVE because of corona) instead of paying full price on west used the tricks to pay in rubles, or CCP thought so. CCP could think how they are effectively not gaining as much as they could, and decided to raise the price. Thats what I think. 
it can be controlled if CCP desires. The teleportations from Russia to the USA and back are visible.

No, dude. You are wrong in this point. I buy alots of things in Japanese and Americans stores. And I don’t ask them about regional prices. Because they never had regional prices. But CCP had. And it’s not time for changing it. Also CCP made prices higher in 2014-2015 years. And it was ok. Because there was no an emergency. In 2015 year I just paid EVE online until 2020 year.
It is a perfect time for changing it. There isn’t a better one actually.

But for why? To show how CCP does not support people who are in a difficult situation? When other companies make discounts.
How they run their business is between their boss and their shareholders, you can try a takeover or compete if you wish
Hate to break it to you but a lot of prices are going to rise after this pandemic and you may have to reconsider your spending habbits

I can try to show them that they are wrong. But seems like their workers don’t read this forum. So, interesing what should I do. Maybe to go at a local post office and to send to CCP a paper letter.
