COSMOS have been f’d up for years dude. CCP never fixed them.

Caldari COSMOS pretty much working. Completed last year, doing it now with my alt. Fact, it’s not easy, you have to prepare. Also it’s need higher standings than standard missions. The most up to date guide is on eve uni Caldari COSMOS - EVE University Wiki
