The Dantelion Plan

Nice edit, and nice show of maturity from yourself hmm?

Oof

Well…

Was turned into this by your immature mind:

Yes, immature or stupid, both work.

We’re attacking the ideas
Because they’re dumb

Speaking of which, I hope for you that whichever GM answers my petition is clement with you

My name is Dom.
Not Dum, or whatever retarded version you decide to come up with

D O M

Where is your maturity? All I see is you insulting Dom. Is your own maturity just a wish that you have? I don’t see any.

HTFU. You follow me around bait posting, making insulting comments, misrepresenting what I say and you are petitioning me for harassment for merely using a nickname that someone else gave you, which many other people refer to you with, which upsets you, this is rather silly of you… It is you who has chosen to follow me around and make attack posts, and yet you are complaining about it, the choice is totally in your hands mate, stop following me around the forums like an enraged poodle.

You do know that the petition system is for in game harassment, which is rather amusing as I have never been in the same system as you, and you are the one following me around the forums. I find this truly hilarious, thank you for giving me one of the most amazing WTF moment in my Eve experience.

I guess it really is time to start writing those petitions again.

You do know that it is against the rules to misuse the petition system for your own personal vendetta’s. So feel free to drop yourself in it :stuck_out_tongue:

Personal vendetta? You really have lost all touch with reality.

It is not me who is getting triggered by you, who reacts with long posts about whatever it was. Go through your posting history, Dracvlad. I trigger you, not the other way around. It is you who takes all this way too far, it is you who is in need of some actual reality again.

I rarely even post, because i know that none of this matters, yet somehow you believe it is me who is on a personal vendetta? You should go through your posting history. All of it. Maybe after stepping away from the computer for a week you will have your sanity back, and have re-anchored yourself in real life.

I don’t even need to include all the absurd ranting you threw at me (which i never read, because 1. you are extremely predictable, 2. always showing the same behaviour, 3. i don’t live here, unlike you who is clearly too deeply emotionally involved).

Like … this rapid typing thing? Pent up emotions you need to get out as fast as possible. And you’re unaware of it. That’s what the “disconnection from reality” is actually about. You, and all the others like you, need to get the feelings out of their system as fast as possible … and that is exactly what you are doing, accompanied by tons of typos because - in these moments - you lost all self awareness.

That’s what you’re missing. You believe you’re a great man on the forums. We, on the other hand, know that this is absolutely nothing but sad. Now you will read this again as some form of attack, or rant, or whatever, just like all the others … like Salvos, for example. In reality, though, it is me telling you that you really have lost it. You ■■■■■■■ lost it.

That’s all. Have the last word, because AS USUAL your lack of impulse control and your emotional involvement will make you respond anyway. Though maybe, at least, me mentioning that you are incapable of not having the last word shoves a tiny bit of self awareness into that thick, mindless skull of yours.

Bye.

Called it, yet again. Wanna try it again?

Try not having the last word.

Can I get a TLDR/return to topic of what changes specifically you are proposing?

Make highsec great again
Make highsec safe again
Make eve great again

Good goals, but lacks how to do so.

I mean further expansion is remove non consensual aggression and make highsec as safe as all other MMOs starting areas

If thats the case, then Im 100% against that.

Yeah join the club lol. I’m just here now waiting for good memes. Or more likely RL garbage in which case I’ll dip to the next for the memes or potentially decent posts.

I further add that “safety” is misconstrued by some.

Safety in EVE isnt about what other people can do to you, its about what you can do to protect yourself from aggression in that sector.

All risk in EVE ultimately boils down to a players own choices.

If you dont make choices to fly safely, you will never be safe, by your own choice.

Some people have that paradigm backwards.

If you take precautions and follow Golden Rules, your odds of being exploded in HS are tiny, and you will be able to recover from that loss.

My only grievance, is HS perma-bumping.
I think it should be capped at say 15-20mins.
That should be long enough for aggressor to deploy forces. If they cant make it there by then, too bad, too sad, the fish gets off the hook.

Pretty much this
The rest really doesn’t matter

Ganking
Ganking of mining ships is fine, people have options and the ship that Alpha’s use is so cheap that it does not matter.
Ganking of freighters, JF’s, Bowheads and Orcas would be fine if bumping was capped in some way.
Ganking of DST haulers etc. seems fine.

Loot scooping via a DST is broken, needs fixing.
Balance change is remove docking rights in NPC stations if -10, this is to force the use of citadels for prolific gankers to create content and a point of vulnerability.

War decs
Mechanics are mainly fine, needing the following tweaks.

Enable defenders and their allies to be able to rep each other in a war dec without going suspect
A character leaving a corp that is war decked will bring the war dec with him to another player corp if he joined them in the week of the war dec, however the period of the war dec is to the end of the original war dec, so if he joins with one day left, his new corp only has one day of war dec. EDIT The attacker CEO has the right to accept or reject the extended war dec from this mechanic to prevent an obvious (I missed it) exploit by more devious war deckers.

The watch list was too powerful and it was correct to remove it, either give some online data with locator agents or do it in another way, but do not make it so easy and powerful as the watch list was, that was broken as hell.

The OP has suggested a war room, I have suggested a Concord agent in a citadel.

Game balance is the issue with hisec, blanket war decs are disliked intensely by many hisec players as it is deemed to be a waste of time in most cases. it is imperative that CCP look at ways to change this by adjusting mechanics and risk to change player behaviour. The OP suggested a war room and I suggested limiting war decs to 5 unless you have a CONCORD agent in a citadel who enables you to run more via him. The details of my suggestion are above in this thread, my objective is to create consequences for war deckers, and this is really needed, and enabling 5 war decs for smaller groups will prevent small entities from being blocked by bigger groups.

Social corps for new players should also be introduced.

Making hisec a no-PVP zone is not supported by me.

All it requires are new missions. Also some (new) agents who are regularly changing locations into areas which are under-served with good agents and who follow an actual threat or scenario. For instance, a distro agent could move to certain system and offer missions to transport lots of marines from surrounding systems to a station for deployment on a planet because there has been a flood or other natural disaster and they need help on the ground. Or a security agent relocates close to an incursion area to monitor and intercept Sansha activities around the Incursion.

No new mechanics or experimental or instanced PVE is required to make mission running in particular cool, purposeful and fun. And the best thing is that people can interact in missions by suspect baiting, MTU engagement and other forms of interference. You can even turn the Agency into a useful tool by advertising people about such a scenario in their vicinity.
